First I respect you opinion that we have boundries. It isn't a free for all.
Speculation doesn't always have to have a foundation, only theories do.
It is evident thqat casey did not want the baby, it is evident that casey does not want to see Lee, It is evident that Cindy had the adoption by friend plan nixed. Who would love a baby more, the grandmother of the prodigy of a family tryst ot the parent of a shocking encounter. What happens to people with big secrets? Alcohol,drugs and a downward spiral if not dealt with properly.  This is my speculation.

don't take this the wrong way Tony, this is not meant as an attack...I just don't think everything you spoke of is evident.

If she didn't want Caylee, she could have had an abortion. If she really wanted to adopt her out, she was an adult, she could have. We don't know if she ever spoke to Cindy about her friend adopting Caylee...nothing she says is the truth!!

I don't think it is evident she didn't want to see Lee at all. They seemed close to me. It was Lee she finally broke down to and told she had not seen Caylee in 31 days, I think they were close.

Maybe they were asking for Permission to Take Casey out of the House ...
Because Why did the Anthony Mobile pull  into the Garage .... and then back out.

I am guessing because Casey came thru the door from the house - then into the Garage and got in the Anthony Mobile and has Left with whom ever is driving ...........

She cannot leave the house without permission from LE from what I can remember

Authorities received a tip late last night that led them back to the Anthony house. A caller reported that there was a weapon on the property.

Can anyone answer me as to what the reason for putting Georges gun in an EVIDENCE bag could be?

Well need to put in something......I suppose they wouldn't want everyone seeing it also.....Probably just procedure, I don't really know 

Does putting it in an evidence bag mean it IS evidence?  If so, evidence of what?  George breaking the law in some way?  by not surrendering the gun?  Has he stated to corrections or LE there is no weapon on the premises?...oh that slippery George! - on that slippery slope, again!
Would the garage be consider part of the premises since it has a walk-through (I think) from the house?
If George has broken the law will there be consequences?

Does anyone know with certainty if Casey is there with her ankle GP as the only method of keeping track of her?  Also are George and Cindy charged with the responsibility to see she does not move beyond the area stated in bond release?  tia

OCSO is also involved in the search.  Can't they get a subpoena from a judge to go into the Anthony home and take an article of clothing that Caylee wore to use in the search?

That should have been done when TES arrived in Florida, if not sooner...so they would already have it.

Gun Taken From Anthony Home

ORLANDO -- News 13 has learned a gun was taken from the home of the grandparents of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony early Saturday morning.

The Orlando Sentinel reported Saturday Orange County deputies were seen taking something from the spare tire well in George Anthony's car.

A spokesman with the Orange County Corrections Department told News 13 they received a tip sometime between 12 a.m. and 1 a.m. Saturday of a handgun present on the Anthonys' property.

The weapon is being held by the Orange County Sheriff's Office for safe keeping.

Having a gun on the property is a violation of Casey Anthony's bail. Casey was released for the second time from the Orange County Jail Friday. See previous story.

The judge who issued the bail said, however, since it seemed Casey was unaware of the gun, she will not be taken back into custody.
