I am contemplating each new piece of information that comes out and putting it with the rest.  The puzzle is beginning to form a picture for me.  At this time the evidence shows Cayley's dead body was in the trunk of the car.  DNA from the hair strands could not identify if it was Casey or Caylee's hair, but it came from a deceased person.  Since Casey is alive, it must be Caylee's hair.  If the hair is genetically the same for both Casey and Caylee, then they must have the same father, as the mother passes her chromosomes to the child and the child inherits another set of chromosomes from the father.  This can only happen when Casey and Caley have the same father. 

Casey and Caylee exhibit signs of sexual abuse.  I won't go into all the signs now, but they are in the 400 pages of documents.  Promiscuity, flirting behaviors in the child, etc.

Significant signs of chloroform in the trunk.  It is used in deviant sexual practices as well as amongst the young and hip.  Poster on Ricardo's website says "Woo her with chloroform." 

Casey often spent the night with Ricardo from January to March when dating him.  Caylee also spent the night in the same bed with them.  (in the docs)

Casey, with no sign of an income, purchased plane tickets for Ricardo, Amy and Tony to Mexico, PR and Texas. Why?  Was this vacation or business? 

Were these people involved in a child pornography ring?  Did Casey use Caylee in creating child porn?  this is a highly lucrative business.

Who was the guy who visited Casey the first few days she was in jail?  She didn't seem to know him, but he told her "we're behind you."  He said he was a friend of Mike Walker (I think that's the name).  Was he telling Casey she would be protected by the money of this child porn ring?  Did they pay for her attorney?

Is this why charges have not yet been filed?  Will the cops bring this ring down when they charge Casey?

I told you it was distasteful and not to read this post.  Each new piece of information that comes out seems to point to this. 

This is sadly feasable....child porn does exist and someone ....has to produce it.

Lastly, is this why Casey will never talk?  She cannot reveal where Caylee's body might be because then LE would find evidence of sexual abuse on her.

I'm done now.  I won't mention this anymore.  I get the impression no one wants to consider it.  I would like to know, though, if anyone has any other explanation for all of the strange pieces of evidence we've been given.

My sister is a cop, my boyfriend is in the emergency medical field, and I've been in the mental health field (including sex offender education and treatment of incarcerated individuals) for 22 years.  The three of us have basically seen it all - and worse.  We've discussed this angle of the situation at length and in depth, and we've all come to the same conclusions you have.  The addition of the chloroform angle is sinister indeed.  Someone wanted this child unconscious - or close to it - for short periods of time.  The question is, who and why?  Child porn is definitely on the short-list, as is abuse by a pedophile.

No one wants to believe these things go on and people don't like to talk about it, but believe me, it's not an uncommon scenario at all.  I can't begin to tell you how many men I've had in group treatment who were having intercourse with their daughters and stepdaughters and granddaughters.  It happens all the time.

Well, as far as the gas cans, I have thought about  it when I am filling up gas cans for generator use, and I cannot see Case Face carrying those cans too far if t hey were full.... they are heavy! Even the 2 1/2 gallon ones.... I always have to get my son to carry them...

Judging from Cindy's words in the 911 calls of July 15th ... I believe she was kept in the dark.

However ... George and Casey never anticipated Cindy phoning 911 and ... exposing the "dead body smell" in Casey's vehicle ... revealing that Cayee has been missing for a month ...

I contend that following those 911 calls ... Cindy was filled in by Casey and George in regards to the happenings encompassing Caylee and ... immediately Cindy did a flip flop ... she went into damage control.  Cindy realized she would never be able to hold her precious grandaughter again but ... she also realized that George and Casey's freedom was at risk.

Tamikosmom, of course!     I have nothing but the greatest respect for you.  You are thoughtful and measured and deliberate, posting with backup and quotes.  I try to do the same.  I just find all these pieces of evidence building with each day.  I understand your caution.  I am not jumping to any conclusions and writing them in concrete.  I just find the pieces of the puzzle are beginning to form an unmistakeable picture.

The info regarding the chloroform came out after the day LP said something about the shocking news. After hearing that, I thought the shocking news was the Chloroform. Am I wrong in thinking this?

No.  I think chloroform is shocking since it's illegal and very dangerous.  Take it one step further.  Why would you use chloroform?  It renders a person unconscious for a short period of time--certainly not enough time to go out partying without the person waking up in about an hour or so.  So, why would someone want a 3 year old girl unconscious for an hour?

The forensic specialist from Washington, DC was really fired up about the cholorform on NBC this morning.  She kept saying that the presence of the chloroform in the car and on the computer would be enough to have some serious implications in court.  She said that in her opinion there could only be three reasons to use choloform - cleaning fluid, rape, or murder.

I don't know whats going on but I live in Maine and my local news channel had a lead up saying that they have found a body that appears to be a child but haven't confirmed if it is Caylee's - why would that get to maine first? I'm waiting to hear anymore on it.

 

Were they specifically talking about this case or could if be somewhere in Maine??

Sorry I was trying to find any additional info - anyhow because I couldn't find anything on the news station's website I called my son who works in television news but not in Maine. He has friend's here because this is where he grew up & went to school. Asked him if he might have any ideas. Turns out that the lead up was for my (Maine) 11:00 pm broadcast and he told me that its not unheard of to pull a 6 pm story and push it back to the late evening broadcast - especially if - he mentioned many but two that struck me were, involves a minor child & ongoing homicide investigation + high profile. I'm sorry for jumping the gun, I guess my emotions are a little raw tonight.

I have been wondering about the chloroform and the swimming pool and how you could combine them.  What if KC had accidentally killed Caylee with too much chloroform (insert whatever reason she was using it here).  She freaks out, because there will be no way to explain it and decides to take Caylee to the house and put her in the pool so she can say she "drowned".  At some point one of 2 things happen:
1.  She can't get ahold of anyone (remember the flurry of calls) to tell about it (mom, dad...)
2.  Somebody tells her that the police will know she was dead before she went into the water (LE friend?) because there
     will be no fluid in the lungs (she missed that CSI show)

That would explain the "hit" by the pool by the dogs, the dirt in the trunk and could tie the 2 together.
Of course, they could be independent of each other as well,  just thinkin...

Switchy, I just cannot find any other explanation for the facts we have been given by LE as well as the observations we've documented.  I wish I could.  This conclusion isn't just shocking, but it truly makes it difficult to view the video and pictures of this little girl.   It's really distressing to me that people look at pictures of Casey and Caylee and the other Anthony's and comment upon how "normal" and "nice" they appear.  I hope people following this case become more aware of what is "normal" behavior and what is not.   These people are depraved.

I hate to admit this...........but this was the FIRST thing I thought about when this came out. I have always been bothered by the first guy who came to the jail to see her. I thought drugs/kiddie porn connection.

I think that is a possibility.  Especially the use of the chloroform; how could the princess ever explain using that to mom (the nurse) or dad (the former cop)???
