Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, FL Missing since June 16-just reported by mother #16

Theory:  Casey did in house or yard.  Buried in yard.  Moved to the car for several days.
Came home for ? reason (get clean clothes, get gas cans, get help from Dad).  Body removed from car and put in freezer.  Can't get smell out of car.  Try cleaning/sanitizing for DNA.  Abandon car.  Smell still there though.

Remember, we heard that LE has over 20 pieces of evidence/results that they have not yet released the information on to the public.



Also,  LP saying on NG that after last Wed. the A's attitude changed.  Well...didn't we already find out that last Wed. Lee, Cindy and Casey were told of the evidence the LE has??  LP said tonight that they "know" what happened to Caylee.

I HIGHLY DOUBT that it was because Casey told Lee and then Lee told Cindy.  That part doesn't make sense to me. 

Could the body still be in the house somewhere? Freezer? Under boards in yard - under the pool?

Wasn't it said that they got new concrete poured on the weekend of the 4th or somewhere around there?

By the way, I think the Death Penalty should be automatic for either crime!

I've decided common sense just doesn't work because no one there has any.     But if George had been smart enough to use it to clean up the car, would he have been dumb enough to leave the car closed up?  Wouldn't a normal person leave all the windows and trunk opened for a while?  I'm lost.  I need to find a warped brain to figure this out.  I wish they would release more docs!

I believe the Leonard Padilla should have stopped and considered his words prior to implying that Lee Anthony could be Casey's father.

Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.

Janet, I agree with what you are saying because I researched the types of DNA testing, also.  Something continues to nag at me though.  This is such a high profile case with so many possible motives and people involved.  Testing was done at The Body Farm in Tennessee and at Quantico.  I would think that LE would have done all types of DNA testing and several times for accuracy.  It did take weeks before the DNA results were leaked.  I feel that they probably did both DNA tests.

It was implied a couple pages back in a post that Mitochondrial DNA testing takes a shorter period of time to determine results.  It could be that further DNA results are forthcoming.  Hey ... I do not have a clue.

Keep in mind ... the purpose of the testing was to determine if Caylee's DNA was present in the trunk of that vehicle.  It only takes Mitochondrial testing to determine that.

However ... I believe that there should be an official confirmation regarding what types of DNA testing was conducted prior to implying that Lee or George Anthony is Caylee's father.  I contend that our speculation should have some boundaries.

Ive read every word of the 400+ page document and the amount of lies Casey told makes me believe she did something bad to her baby - otherwise, why the lies?
However, a still have some (very small) hope that she is alive - maybe I'm just naive.
So, i have to ask........

Does anyone think Caylee may still be alive?

I Did until I read the 400+ page document's  I got sick and now I hate to say.
It  kills me to say i no longer think she is alive.

yeah it would help if we knew when the searches were done..isn't George the one that gave LE her computer if he knew anything don't ya think he would try to clean the computer to remove searches or maybe he thought he did but they were able to retrieve it anyway..

I think that's my problem too, Riley, I just ain't warped enough to figure anything either, LOL, I got plenty of theories, but then something won't add up, so off I go in another direction

Yep! Actually we may be going about this all wrong. Convict her ONLY on the petty crimes and put her in the general population! If she went to Maximum security -- she would probably be in solitary.
