The black truck someone asked about is the truck I remember that the bouncer-bodyguards drove last Friday. Yes, it is back in the driveway now.

Could it be related to the Sunday night vigil? Anyone know if that is on for tonight?

About the search being temporarily suspended, is it possible they have covered all the dry land they plan on searching and they just have the wet areas that are too wet to search left?

I tend to be taking Tim's explanation literally. Remember, though, TES and LE are working together on this, so whatever he says, I am sure has been cleared through LE as well.

Hi Red - we have been hearing that the Anthony's have refused to provide an article of clothing belonging to Caylee, so the dogs could get her sent.  We want to check this with you.  Do you know if they have refused to cooperate by providing a scent source?
 

I believe that is true and also if searchers want to go on the Anthony property with dogs or ground penetration units ... a court order signed by a judge will be needed.

Thanks Red.  I am very angry about this.  Do you have any idea when Tim will start to search again or if he will be searching in other areas of the county?  Should we still be trying to rally volunteers and supplies right now?

An article on bamboo.  I live in NJ so I don't know too much about bamboo but I do know that she probably wasn't digging the bamboo up as stated in the police report.  To me if you are that irresponsible that you can't hold a job, lie and sleep around why care about a yard and bamboo growing in it?  Just my opinion.  If she had told the truth the case would have been solved months ago.  And we wouldn't be wasting volunteers time to search.   They were nice enough to volunteer along with TimM.  And now she is leading them on a wild goose chase.  Reminds me exactly of the Natalee Holloway case which is what drew me to this site.

I agree ... the parallels are eerie.

Joran van der Sloot and Casey Anthony both are of the mindset that they are somehow exempt from the legal and moral boundaries established by a civilized society ... legal and moral boundaries established for their benefit and the benefit of others.  Both these young adults lack a conscience ... lack the ability to take personal responsibility for their actions and ... accepting the related consequences.

The adults in their lives have failed them ...

Dana: One thing that makes my listeners scratch their heads so to speak and wonder, myself included and we'll talk about it again, is the fact of the underage drinking and gambling that had been going on admittedly by young van der Sloot.  Was there ever any discussion or has there ever been any discussion at least of filing some charges as far as that goes?

Jossy:  No, there hasn't been any of that. The authorities have just (inaudible) it aside, they haven't paid any attention to it then and they're not paying any attention to it now and over the past 26 months.   I haven't seen anything in the direction of trying to make some kind of statement that this is not (inaudiable) at least make some sort of a statement that this is not (inaubible) because it is a known fact that as an underage he wasn't supposed to be in the casino, much less in the company of his father. He was there, there are video tapes to prove that and still the authorities haven't done anything with regard to that specific case.

I may be wrong about whose truck that is. On another forum, someone said the security truck was a Toyota, and this one appears to be a Ford. Maybe it is Jose's? I just don't know, sorry.

I sat down and tentatively made plans to fly to Orlando next Thursday morning for a week (we are keeping any eye on Ike) ... for me to help in search, and kids to sit at pool w/grandma   My question to you is ... IF TES is not there to search, have you heard whether Joseph Jordan will continue to search?  If so, I will contact him ....
