Question??? IF they did find something today, and it was Caylee, do you think it was just skeletal bones? I don't know what happens to dead bodys over a long period of time, so I just wanted to know what would be there now after all this time?

More than ten years ago, the remains of one person were found.  His family had long since stopped looking for him and his name was forgotten over time.

Cold case comes to court - after 5,300 years

Oetzi, the 5,300-year-old ice mummy discovered in the Italian Alps, is at the centre of a bitter court battle as three different people try to claim the €50,000 (£33,000) reward for discovering him.

Credit for finding the prehistoric hunter, whose remains were perfectly preserved in the Oztal glacer on the Italian-Austrian border, originally went to two German hikers, Erika and Helmut Simon.

But Mrs Simon, whose husband died last year, now faces rival claims from two other women who say they were part of the same mountaineering party that came across him in 1991.

Good lordy...I saw less people at the football game!

Dang, I hope they have more cookies than last week!  Are they shining lights at each other or is all of that spotlights?  Talk about asking for trouble...  apparently brain cells stopped many generations ago.

I will always support Tim Miller and TES.  Any statement he makes is good enough for me.  I don't need to second guess him, or question what he has said.  His word is good.

There's not many people I feel that way about.

Tim Miller has my vote.

Monkeys - I'm so sorry if I'm being pissy tonight.  I think you know that I love Tim Miller as much as the rest of you.  I am just so terribly disappointed because I also know that when Tim sails away or drives away, it's huge, and the outcome usually isn't good.  I understand that what he gives as a reason to the public isn't always how it really is, and I do understand the reasons why he has to give the explanations that he gives.  I do believe that he does the best that he can do when he is up against the constraints of people who don't want him to find missing victims.  I just can't bear the thought of Casey Anthony partying like Urine three years from now because of misused power or technicalities in legal systems.  I'm going to crawl back in my corner.  Please forgive me for being bitchy.  I do appreciate all that Tim has done.

no problem SS, you're still GOLD with me!!!

ahhh - you do realize that Oetzi was found encased in a glacier (A ginormuos block of ice a few hundred miles long and wide) - right? in the top of the Alps...

and he was only found by accident when a hiker saw his arm sticking out and thought it was a recent missing person.

No donations for that extensive, ever so expensive search to Texas, Mexico or Puerta (sp) Rico looking for Caylee and the babysitter...oh wait they have never left town to look for the baby they are too busy with the hammer trying to safe the precious grass from being trampled on. And selling pictures and videos to get the daughter out so she can not talk to anyone to tell them where the baby is.

I agree with the money and control thing, especially the control thing.  I have been trying to find the video with Cindy hammering the No Trespassing signs.  When I first saw the video, someone asked her where Tim Miller was going to search and Cindy said, "I haven't decided yet where I am going to let him search."  I was floored.  I missed the next few comments she made.  Anyone know where I can find that video?

Does anyone have this link? I never heard Cindy say that either.

No I don't have a link but it does sound just like something Cindy might say.  Of course, it doesn't matter what Cindy thinks or says.

Klaas, I am not good with links, maybe you can help.

http://www.wftv.com/video/index.html

Don't know if this will work, maybe you can check it and do your magic.  The video is at the Channel 9 videos, under raw video, and it is the one entitled "Cindy Anthony lashes out at media".  It is about 10 + minutes long, but the Tim Miller part is about 3:20 into it.  Hope this helps.
