Until LE tells them the water has gone down enough to search?      What if by that time, Tim is searching for another missing child.  Do you think he's just going to drop the case to head back down to Florida and do this all over again?

IKE appears to be heading for Texas.  I would think Tim's group would head home at this point.

I agree.  I just checked his business address in Texas.  He is a little short of half way between Galveston and Houston.  Both very close to the gulf - as hurricanes go.

I can't sleep. I found this interesting post at topix.

This might sound like it's outta left field. A week or so after Caylee was reported missing there was a teenage boy on the local news statinghe had found a backpack and little girls shirt, if I remember correctly. The news said the items were found on land backing up to Chapel Hill Cemetery. The cemetery isn't all that far from 50 and Goldenrod. I have visited the cemetery numerous times over the last 30 years and I can't remember anyone ever being there at the same time I was, with the
exception of a few employees. The only security I remember them having is a gate they shut at closing time. It seems like it isn't fenced in, although I could be wrong about that.
What has crossed my mind is that if Casey had help, how hard would it have been to bury Caylee in a recently dug grave. Move the flowers, dig down a little ways, replace dirt and flowers. If there is no fence it could be done at night with a flashlight. It's a fairly good sized cemetery and no one would have even noticed. Sure would be an unexpected place to hide Caylee and a darn good one. Who would look in a cemetery?

What I'm also wondering was anyone buried around the time they think Caylee was taken from the backyard.


I never thought about a cemetery. I wonder if LE has considered that? It sounds like a place where you could hide a body out in the open, so to speak. Not a lot of digging involved....

I started out as Banamania, changed it to Bama, then I found a Monkey Pic playing the blues, so I just changed it to BamaBlues, The Bama part resulted from from living in  Alabama, I think I finally decided on a permanent name  LOL

Thank you Sirensong and Klaasend for the welcome and responses.   

It just seems to me that with all the deception and cover up that goes on over at the Anthony homestead that they wouldn't submit a sample of Caylee's DNA for testing if there was incest taking place.   (I would think they would need her sample to compare with Jesse's to determine that he is not the father.)   

My understanding is that Caylee's DNA sample was submitted and Jesse's was submitted.  From that, they determined he is not the father.

So, if LE has these results, then they have yet another DNA to work with when identifying the evidence in the trunk, right?  LE cpuld have gotten these results from the lab that tested Jesse and Caylee, and they have that to work with!

Jaggard, what video are you looking for?

I am looking for the entire video on Cindy with the hammer.  The only on WFTV is only a partial of that episode, but in the video Cindy said she wasn't sure where she was going to let Tim Miller search, and I wanted to make sure I heard that right (or rather remembered that correctly).  Thanlks everyone for the help with this one.  Next time, I will definitely bookmark the videos I have questions on, or hear something strange, but others have said they remember her saying this, too.
