Mid day in FL.  so the heat is up ... some people where treated for heat exhaustion yesterday ( Think I saw that some where)

If the searchers did find something  TIM / TES  will   NEVER  announce it.   THAT has to come for LE.

Some areas still underwater .. from FAY  ...

We will have to wait and see..

Search For Caylee Called Off
Sunday, September 07, 2008 3:43:27 PM

ORLANDO -- Texas EquuSearch has temporarily called off its ground search for missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony.

On Sunday, the group cited environmental conditions and concerns for stopping the search.

Texas EquuSearch leader Tim Miller said the volunteers cleared off the areas they had of interest the best they could, but he said when Caylee disappeared, those areas were very dry and now those areas are holding a considerable amount of water.

Miller said because of those conditions, they cannot clear those areas 100 percent.

“I just have a huge concern that if Caylee is out there and her little body and something did happen to her, and she’s just possibly skeletal remains, if we’re going through there with four-wheelers and horses and just accidentally run over her because she’s under that water and we can’t see her, we’re going to push her more in the mud,” Miller said.

Miller went on to say that Caylee deserves the dignity of having her special spot.

“I know where she’s at right now is not a place she chose to be. So when the conditions get better, we’re going to come back, we’re going to find this little girl and we’re going to bring some closure to this entire community,” Miller said.

Members spent last week searching with volunteers.  More than 1200 of them searched wooded areas around the Anthony home and Orlando International Airport Saturday.  Several hundred searched again on Sunday.

Along with local efforts, EquuSearch said it's starting a national campaign Monday.

For information on how you can volunteer, call Texas EquuSearch at (866) 473-1584.

Caylee Anthony : Ground Zero : Cyber Search Update
So far I have been to Jay Blanchard Park and the Hidden Oaks School. I met up with an EquuSearch team behind the school and they were in the process of completing a thorough sweep of the area. The team leader informed me that divers are currently searching a number of lakes in the area.

Interestingly enough, I bumped into a journalist and photographer from the Orlando Sentinel who are, according to the reporter, "writing an article on from a searchers perspective." Interesting. Why didn't I think of that? Oh but wait... I did. lol. It's all good though. Anyone who lets the public know about this search is welcomed and I respect them for getting down and dirty with the rest of us.

At any rate, I will give more in-depth details later and will post photos of the areas I have been too. I will also update this particular post whenever I cross off a certain area.

In the mean time, please continue to post your suggestions, but remember: I need a PHYSICAL ADDRESS. Telling me to go to a location "three miles from her house" or something of that nature does not help me, as I have to rely on GPS.

For my own safety, I cannot say where I am going next but I will let you know as soon as I leave there.

Thanks for all the great suggestion and keep them coming!

JMO, but there's more too this I think. There are too many people out there searching for the weather to be a factor. I have heard of no complications from weather related problems to the searchers. There's also a gazillion places to check that don't involve standing water. This just isn't settling right with me.
I'm thinking(and praying!)they found her.

Thanks mrskub, makes sense, I guess the best thing to keep in mind is Tim cares about her just like we all do and she is priority for him to find. And this is what amazes me, Tim and the rest of us care about that little body of hers and what happens to it, even in death, yet Cindy and George don't give a rip and this is why I have no empathy for either of them.

What does it mean "national campaign"?  Does it mean they are asking for help nationally for the search in Orlando or does it mean they are taking the search nationally?

Hello Monkeys.
I have been out of the loop for about 25 hours.  so if I ask a question that has already been answered my apologies.  I read back just a few pages.  Did read a little from earlier yesterday, but still way, way behind.  I am considering a page limit when I am gone...you guys can't post more than 25 pages if I am not here.  That way I don't get behind. LOL

Anything new I should know about?  I know about Casey's new version in the park and all...I saw the gun story.  I can't figure out the paver story...is it new or the same one as before?  TIA

Welcome back Lala's - you didn't miss too much.  It's been pretty quiet.  The police showed up at 3:00 AM yesterday and took a registered gun out of George's trunk.  They said that they got a tip between 12 and 1 AM.  Protestors have been hanging out and there was a fight on Friday night.  Lots of signs and a life-sized doll with a sign.  Mr. and Mrs. Baez spent the day yesterday.  The Anthonys are installing a security camera.  There were about 1,000 searchers yesterday.  The Sisco food had to go back because it wasn't prepackaged.  I think they are trying to arrange for perpackaged food now.  We've had lots of discussions about paternity.  Today, people are searching in the area behind a school where Casey and her friends hung out years ago.  Word has it that the Anthony's backyard is the search location for tomorrow.

So what did they do for food yesterday??

I'm keeping an eye on the webcam. If a OCSO car shows up, we know what the reason is. Somehow, I just don't think they found her. I don't believe Tim would lie about it being the environment. On one of his searches, when they found the body, the search was ended and everyone was told to watch the news. That's why I say this just isn't settling right with me.

The above link is all about the calling off the search because of the weather and conditions with all the water.

I know they're doing it because they have to, but that's so sad. Sad  Especially considering the family didn't want them out searching anyway..  she's got to be out there somewhere!!
