6/18  Unanswered phone calls:
         12:33 PM – Mom home
         12:34 PM – Mom cell
         12:35 PM – Mom home
         12:36 PM – Dad cell
          1:09 PM – Mom cell
          1:11 PM – Mom home

So we know she returned the shovel at 2:30?

If she had the shovel for 45 min to an hour, then she got the shovel @ apprx. 1:30, right?

If the above is correct, that doesn't leave much time to bury Caylee.

Isn't that the same day that Casey backed her car into the garage?

Yes, it is, Mammy.

I don't think she was calling them for help, I think she was tring to find out where they were.  If the coast was clear to go to the house.

I think the same neighbor she borrowed the shovel from is the one who reported seeing her back into the garage. I don't know if he reported a time, but since she was calling home at 1:11, and by deduction she borrowed the shovel at approx 1:30, I would think it was between 1:15 and 1:25.

My understanding is that it wasn't a cemenet patio but pavers. I don't know if there was concrete between them or not.

Normal people use sand.

Glad to hear it, MyTime and Carpe!

I don't think there's any question that Caylee is close to home if she disposed of Caylee that day! AND, why back into the garage if Caylee were in the trunk unless she intended to get her out.

Well...........maybe she was figuring on having to open the trunk to put the shovel in?

If my memory serves me correctly, I think LE checked those pavers.

Do you remember the date when the car was left at Amscot?

You know something that's been on my mind awhile now along with other things but my main thing that I was hoping you all could speculate as I have is WHO say's exactly how many days..wouldn't it be "she's been missing for a month"  Doesn't that sound like normal speech pattern?  Just something that's been in the back of my head the "31 days" thing just never seemed right.  Hope you all can understand I'm thinking and trying to type it not sure if it's coming out right but if so anyone else have an opinion on the days vs month in a speech pattern?

Several pages back someone (sorry, don't remember who) asked for a link to the first bond hearing testimony.

http://elfninosmom.wordpress.com/2008/08/29/caylee-anthony-courtroom-video-from-bond-hearing/

this has testimony for Cindy, George, Lee and Det. Melich.  The one for Cindy is kind of sputtery for the first few minutes, with a few black spots, actually one kind of long black spot, but hang in there and it smoothes out with no further problem.

It seems rehearsed to me, but wouldn't you think if anyone went to the trouble of rehearsing, they'd get it str8 as to when anyone else had actually seen Caylee? It doesn't make sense to me either!

Hey,

Did you hear about that nut bar that planted the spy cam
with the live streaming internet video peeping
into the Anthony's window
tonight?

I'm tired too! Gonna go get some sleep and find the link
again in the morning.

G'night Monkeys!

Source Claims New Slab Of Concrete Or Pavers Behind Anthony Home

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- There is more mystery surrounding the backyard of the house owned by Caylee's grandparents. Deputies already dug up part of the yard after a dog sniffed the distinct smell of a dead body. Now, an inside source told Eyewitness News there may be a new concrete slab or pavers put in the yard since Caylee's disappearance.

You're welcome, Mammy! That would be 9 days from the 18th. It alsways made some sense to me that she was praying someone would steal the car or at least break into it. I think that's why there was a purse left in the seat. She wanted a crook's fingerprints on that car. I think she knew the forensics in the car would tell the tale, and she wanted to muddy the water.

Rehearsed yes..that's more like it cause like I stated who says 31 days instead of saying been missing a month..just thinking of speech pattern and if it was rehearsed did she think that by saying how many days had passed that LE wouldn't care so much..I don't just further speculation maybe to much so.

I agree.  Either Casey or George set the car scene.
