I feel sure that Caylee was in, or ended up in, the car trunk during Casey's visit home on the 18th. I feel sure the calls were to establish that no one was home, and the reason she wanted to be sure was because she couldn't risk a confrontation with anyone who would make her open that trunk. The calls begin and end at home, and judging from the calls to cell phones, she was most concerned about being confronted by Cindy.

I agree with you completely.

Casey didn't waste any time on that day (6/18). The last call was 1:11pm and it was made to the house. According to the neighbor's statement, she was in the garage and borrowing a shovel by 1:30 pm.

Casey was probably around the corner from her house making those calls.

Casey hadn't returned the shovel by 2:30.  I think the neighbor took a shower, came out and it was 10 minutes later.  Shovel borrowed for 45 min. to an hour.  So, the shovel came back around 2:40, making it borrowed at about 1:40 at the earliest; 1:55 at the latest.

Depending on where the last phonecall originated at 1:11, Casey had approx. 44 minutes to get to the house, look for a shovel, and go borrow one from the neighbor.  I think she was trying to get into the sheds, trying to figure out what to do.  She probably had about half an hour to come up with borrowing the shovel.  Seems like she was in a desperate situation to have to borrow that shovel.

I'll say....very desperate,she HAD to get Caylee's body out of the yard.

Here is some more speculation for you........

Since the houses in the Anthony's neighborhood are relatively close together, would you hear the struggle of a 2-3 year old that accidentally fell into a pool? Well maybe not accidental. Maybe Casey wanted it to appear that Caylee had drowned, and the plan was for her to put her in the pool and let her drown. To insure minimal noise struggle and have it still appear as an accident, she sedated her first with some chloroform. After Casey was sure Caylee had drowned her plan was to call GA and then CA in a panic and tell them what happened, let them panic....let them handle things ie calling 911 for her as they have always done before.... Problem was she couldn't reach them on their phones. Then she changed her plan. Why didn't Casey call 911-because she knew she was the cause and had some remnant of guilt? I don't know.
She had time to think......She hid Caylee in the yard until she thought of where to bring the body.On the 18th she backed the car up to the garage and removed the body. The babysitter plan was devised.

Through the years I have had occasion a couple of times to witness 2 children (not mine) stepping into a pool and if I had not been watching, the child would have silently slipped under water and there was no sound. A small child doesn't make a huge splash. Both times the Moms were there and in a split second, while their heads were turned, their child went under.

BB, this is EXACTLY my theory on those flurries of calls.  They were going to be staged "panic calls" but that plan went kaput when they wouldn't answer her calls.  The fact that there was flurry number one, then she waited a while........ then flurry number two........still no dice.

I strongly believe that is what she was planning to do.

Hello Monkeys!

I haven't posted but twice, (I think)since I registered the other night.

I have been here, just reading all the posts. I just don't know what to say.
I guess I'm just trying to take everything in. I've been a nervous wreck since all of this happened to precious Caylee.

My laptop seems to be attached to my body. 

Being In South Carolina and not able to help with the search is killing me. I would do anything in this world to help find her.

Thank you all for everything you are doing. This is the best site ever!

Bringing my post over from another thread a few days ago....  I think she "accidentally or on purpose" killed Caylee with the chloroform and then tried to cover it up with the "drowning" scenario.  It didn't pan out as she hoped (see below)  I still haven't found any reason to rule this out yet.  So , for now, this is what I think might have happened.

I have been wondering about the chloroform and the swimming pool and how you could combine them.  What if KC had accidentally killed Caylee with too much chloroform (insert whatever reason she was using it here).  She freaks out, because there will be no way to explain it and decides to take Caylee to the house and put her in the pool so she can say she "drowned".  At some point one of 2 things happen:
1.  She can't get ahold of anyone (remember the flurry of calls) to tell about it (mom, dad...)
2.  Somebody tells her that the police will know she was dead before she went into the water (LE friend?) because there
     will be no fluid in the lungs (she missed that CSI show)

That would explain the "hit" by the pool by the dogs, the dirt in the trunk and could tie the 2 together.
Of course, they could be independent of each other as well,  just thinkin...
