naa, too many trespassing signs and yellow tape to maneuver around. Besides, we know the Anthony's do their yardwork with a borrowed shovel!

Can someone refresh my memory...what did George say Caylee was wearing June 16th?
(the day he said he saw her last leaving with Casey)

June 16 Per George Anthony, Casey and Caylee leave the house at 1:50 pm. Casey was wearing gray dress slacks and a white dress shirt and carried a backpack. Caylee is wearing a blue-jean skirt, a pink blouse and her sunglasses with white frames. She also has a white Dora the Explorer backpack and her cloth-bodied baby doll. It seems strange to me that George reports her wearing this same outfit when spotted at a mall by friends on June 12. Is George getting his lies confused, too?

Casey Anthony is to have an office visit with her Home Confinement Case Manager this afternoon at the Corrections Administration Building, 3723 Vision Blvd., Orlando, FL 32789.

She will be allowed out of the home at 12 30 p.m. and must return to the home by 4 p.m.

There is no set appointment time during the above time period shown.

During the weekly home confinement case manager meeting, the out-of-the-home schedule is set and any other issues and concerns are discussed.

I fear that the high profile lawfirm that has entered the scenario implies that the Anthony family is now indirectly running the investigation.  I suspect political and influencial conflicts of interest with the judiciary.   I suspect that a local district attorney's office is at a disadvantage in regards to the legality of its every move in the name of justice for Caylee Marie.  Logic dictates that the attorneys of this lawfirm know all the loopholes in regards to the letter of the law and ... the grounds for potential lawsuits which can be used as a leverage.

Think about the gun incident.  Whether or not Casey Anthony knew of the existence of a gun should never have been the issue.  When Cindy and George qualified as securers of the bond ... the bond that paved the path to their daughter's release ... they agree to certain conditions.  The discovery of the hidden gun in the wheel well of the Anthony's vehicle implied a breach of one of those conditions.  Why was George and Cindy not disqualified as securers of the bond?  Why was Casey not returned to prison?

Something stinks.

IMO.  IMO.

Having a gun on the property is a violation of Casey Anthony's bail. Casey was released for the second time from the Orange County Jail Friday. See previous story.

The judge who issued the bail said, however, since it seemed Casey was unaware of the gun, she will not be taken back into custody.
