Why did Casey lie about spending the night with Ricardo on June 9th?  She insisted it was July 9th when her TonE was out of town and she stayed with Ricardo, Amy & JP while TonE was gone.  Problem is, TonE came back July 5th.

Has there been a psychiatric exam done on Casey at any time since her arrest? She is one of the scariest people I've ever seen.

The other day, a raccoon ran right under the front wheel of my car on my way to work. All day long the bump it made kept going through my mind, and I felt queasy that whole day.

If an accident involving a raccoon could make me feel queasy all day, how could Casey kill her own child and be so cold and uncaring? (And I do believe that's what happened.) There has to be something really, really wrong with that woman.

Have their been any interviews done with friends or family of the Anthony's in Ohio?  I think it would be interesting to know what their life was like pre-Orlando.  There must have been some people that know them in Ohio that the media has looked up.

Is it just me or did anyone else feel from listening to those tapes that Casey did give Caylee to someone??  Maybe even after she was dead??

I am having a real hard time with this.  Casey is very stern that the last time she saw Caylee was June 9th.  Did Cindy take Caylee away from Casey and hide her somewhere?  Was the big blow up on Father's Day about Casey not being able to see Caylee?  Hence Casey took off and Cindy made up story that she heard both of them in bedroom in morning and George saw them leaving that day?

I know you may all think I am nuts, but about 10% of me (maybe more) thinks that Cindy took Caylee away and Casey really has not idea where she is, but Cindy said Caylee is safe...hence why the entire family is calm and not out looking.

Just grabbing at straws and none of us have every come across a case like this where both sides are calm.

Cindy's call to cops was to arrest for theft.  Maybe to teach her a lesson or get her far away from Caylee for a while until she straightens out. 

"I gave you a month and not another day" Cindy quote also hits me as "I gave you a month to straighten out and you didn't do it....hence you are not getting Caylee back and jail will straighten you out"

All of Casey's lie's are to protect Cindy because she knows if she rats Cindy out, she will never see Caylee.  All of Casey lies were to make sure she wasn't charged with murder of Caylee and be out of jail sooner.  Little did she know about the Federal charges of bank fraud and identity theft.

I may be crazy, but I still think it was Cindy and George, not Casey that made Caylee disappear.  It would explain why this family is not frantic as all of us would be.  Not frantic on either end.

Interesting theory .
I have never heard Casey say the June 9 date. On her first interview on the 911 tape she said she had not seen her daughter in 31 days which would put it June 15 or 16. I did originally hear Cindy use the June 9 date. I just think she got her fathers day date confused.



while I am here I read this post from Friptzap at Websleuths last night. He/she had copied alot of the testimony from the documents. This is from Amy's testimony to LE. I always read here that Casey had fixed dinner for TonE on July 4th. We know that did not happen since TonE was in New York in that time period so here it is from the documents.

She gives her timeline of where Casey was after the 16th of June and reasoning why she was gone for a month was the “divorce” issue from the implications it sounds like Casey was giving Amy

AH: Um, and so she’s… this is the whole tale and this is why she hasn’t been at home for a month. Um, she.. the three weeks where she disappeared she was at the boyfriend’s. Um, and then the week of the 4th of July I think from that Tuesday to that Saturday she was actually was with me almost the whole time. Um, she slept at the place that I’m sleeping at every night in that period ‘cause her boyfriend was in New York for the Full Sail Break.

More talk about her and job etc then (page 232) referencing when she was staying with Amy:

LE: Was um, Caylee with her?

AH: I’ve not seen Caylee in a month at least. Um, she said that there was a part of the time when they were supposedly at the beach with the nanny and her mom, which isn’t true. ‘Cause her mom hasn’t seen her in a month either. Um, and then I guess she said that they were going to Sea World on the 4th of July ‘cause she came to the 4th of July party that I was hosting with a friend at a different place.
