I am reading on the Fox blog and a few people who are regular posters are reporting that they saw Casey leave last night about 11:35pm and get into a black SUV. Now speculation is that she has been moved to another location. There are 2 or 3 posters backing up this report of seeing her leave last night.

Remember when Lee sort of panicked in a phone call to KC and said if he'd known they were recording he would "have um phrased things differently"?  I am seriously hoping that call is in one of the newly released.  I'm betting that is one interesting call... I just don't remember or know when that call was made.

Nothing new.  Casey could be arrested soon on additional fraud charges.  Protestors are driving the neighborhood nuts - HOA attorney filing a motion to put limits on the protests.  Casey at home.  Baez MIA.  Not in his office.  Audio of Casey's initial interview to be released sometime today.

Pretty much what I posted is what the reporter is saying. Casey DID NOT leave the house this morning and Baez is NOT at his office. Sources close to the investigation tell the reporter that Casey will be arrested again.

I did check with the inmate database. She is not arrested as of yet.

Based on the postings from Fox Blog, I tend to agree that they took her out last night to a safe house.

I tend to believe this too since Baez wanted to throw her back in jail yesterday for her safety.   Ok, we have to start a pool on what news group finds her first..  and is Baez gonna move his meetings out of his office...
