I'll bet the gal they had with Casey was wearing a wire as well as Rob Dick and anyone else that was near her.  I contend that LP was able to place bugs in the house too.  He had a lot of money riding on this deal and I think he's a pretty smart cookie.  JMO

If these recordings do exist, would they be admissible in court? 

Nope, not unless she was made aware she was being recorded.

I can't think of anything else it could be, it has to be something big for him to go to CA.

Baez's spokesman addresses Anthony arrest

Todd Black, spokesman for defense attorney Jose Baez, issued a statement via fax this afternoon about Anthony's latest arrest.

"IT IS ANOTHER LIE for media to report that any rearrest of Casey Anthony is "Breaking News" or "Bombshell News" whatsoever," the fax states.

In the statement, Black said authorities are trying to put pressure on Anthony and her family through the media.

"It is like addicts going through withdrawl [sic]. When things start calming down a little, the authorities inject another media fix, rather than conducting themselves professionally and taking care of whatever charges they have at the same time," the fax states.

"The Baez Law Firm has been prepared for rearrests, and thanks officials for cooperating with allowing Ms. Anthony the opportunity to surrender herself, accompanied by high profile defense attorney, Jose Baez, while bail is being posted promptly."

Marion County investigators confirm human remains belong to young adult

5:40 PM EDT, September 15, 2008
Marion County Sheriff officials confirmed this afternoon that the human remains found along the banks of the Ocklawaha River near Sharpes Ferry Bridge on Sunday belonged to a young adult.

However, a preliminary autopsy could not determine whether the remains belonged to a man or a woman.

"But we can definitely say it's not a child," said Jenifer Fisher, a Sheriff's spokeswoman.

Does anyone else see a difference in the demeanor of Casey just in those three mugshots?  In the first, she seems to be in her little wide-eyed sex kitten pose, enjoying the attention and thinking, I can lie myself out of this, too.

In the second, there is defiance.  You are not going to break me.  I am hanging tough.

In the last one, she seems to have had a dose of reality splashed on her face.  This is not as much fun as she thought it would be.  The walls of her life are closing in.

I think it is awesome that Casey got rearrested but the sickening thing is she is only going to spend the night then she will be home again.  I just don't see why they can't charge her with somethig to keep her locked up.

It appears that in Casey Anthonys first hearing on July 17th she was denied bond and ... was denied access with a child under 17 years of age.

When did the bond that was set at $500,000 come into play?

When it was revealed that Casey Anthony had contact with a 12 year old child ... why was the orginal bond not immediately revoked?

Is it any wonder that Casey does not believe that rules apply to her.  First there is her parents who are shielding her from the consequences of her actions and ... then it is the legal system.  Something is not right!

Yes, but it's a shame that in each one we can see that she is truly only thinking of herself.
