If Casey goes to trial on the charges thus far, I think she will serve at least a couple of years.  The first judge did not seem very sympathetic to her.  Now we know a lot more about her dishonesty, theft, etc.

I doubt the next judge will fall for her act.

We could all hope for that she stays in for a while and finally admits to where Caylee is...

With 67 years how much of that time will they make her serve?  Does anyone know?

Technically she could get off on just probation minimum....67 years is the maximum and it's up to the judge...

So she could actually never serve one day?  OMG!!  Surely a judge won't let that happen since she is a chronic abuser of other people's checkbooks and credit cards.

I don't have any knowledge of how much time she would serve if given a 67 year sentence, but ...
she probably will never be charged with stealing from Cindy (credit cards) or stealing from her grandparents' checking account (using the routing # off a birthday check she received.) I heard that Cindy convinced her mother NOT to press charges, and that Cindy would repay that money.

Can you say, "enabling?!?!"

Apparently this is part of his college project. He's going to school for telecommunications and this is his final project. He's hoping he can get close to the family by supporting them....

I got it. Casey is homeless 6/16-6/27 and she's camping in her car at the Sawgrass apartments, across from Amy... waiting and wishing Amy will take her in. The opportunity arises that a woman leaves the trunk of her car open and Casey puts her daughter's body in the trunk to fake a kidnapping. She then gets the plate and has the fired cop run it to get the name... Zanny. Maybe the plate is registered to Zanny because immigrants share resources and share names. Casey now has her story covered. However, it backfires in her face because either the owner of the car discarded the bag without looking inside. Maybe she even follows Zanny to see her travels and to use it against her later.
Therefore, Casey isn't lying, she doesn't know where Caylee is. She is with Zanny (proof of the car plate), Casey is free and clear. Casey's testimony fits this scenerio.
But Zanny doesn't own the car and that's not her name, Casey is free to move on and if she sticks with the vague story it sticks.
But she checks back at Sawgrass and maybe Zanny throws the bag in the dumpster there. Casey retrieves it at this point not knowing if it's the same bag because it's too obvious and now Caylee is in the trunk... severe decomposition. So she has to abandon her car. Or maybe she retrieved a real bag of garbage with rotting pizza.

You know, I was reading where Rob Dick or whatever his name is said that Casey claimed to have GIVEN Caylee to Zenaida and her sister Sam in Blanchard Park.  Isn't that very different from saying that they wrestled her to the ground and took the child from her?  She also told him she got the list of things to tell (script) her mother about where the child was.  That makes it sound as if she knowingly gave the child to Zenaida and wanted to hide that fact from her mom and contributed to a conspiracy to hide the child not only from her parents but from authorities.
