Yes My, I know what you mean.  However, Casey leaving for the day taking Caylee God knows where is an area of concern (thinking even prior to June 15). Something she is not telling her friends (as far as we know) or her family. One tends to think in terms of illegal or unsavory activities.

oops, >that crossed my mind too

That crossed my mind as well

Maybe after everybody left, she just went back home and took a nap!  That is what I would have done.
You know you have a point there.  Casey was out partying to the wee hours most nighs (I think), and Caylee was probably sleeping at night.  Casey probably went back to the house after George left for work and fell asleep.  When she woke up she couldn't find Caylee and made the flurry of phone calls.  Than when she went out and discovered her in the pool she panicked.
This is a good point and I wish it was this simple...but what about the nanny story....A nanny that we all know didnt excist, she had been talking about this nanny for over a year according to everybody but she just didnt exist and thats where I cant seem to come up with a reason for that.

Because she was lying to everyone about work, she needed to have "someone" watch her while she was supposedly working.

Mytime, I meant simple as in, the actual demise of Caylee. Not as simple as in the family dynamics.

    I keep messing up quotes

Where did you find this smiley hitting a brick wall? Cracks me up everytime I see it!

hit quote and a screen come up-where the monkeys are, under that it says [more] click on that and a small pop up box comes up. Make sure u allow pop ups for that page and there you will find it. Ask again if you need more instructions.

I just want to ask this:  If you were CA and Casey would not talk, what as a mother or father would you really do?  Would you throw her out?  Choke the heck out of her?  Seriously, for all the protective mothers, what would you really do....not what you would want to do, Big difference!  Just a hypothetical question....I know, I know none of kids would ever end up like Casey but if
          I would just pray...
I would do what I would have done if they had been in high school skipping class.  I'd be in their face, down their throat and have them attached to my side (as I have threaten to go to school with them and embarrass them among their classmates) until they told me the truth.  My mom would put the 'fear of God' in us when she thought it was called for and only once in a blue moon did I ever do that to my kids, but in a situation such as this, I'd be putting the fear of God into them if they lost their own child.  We aren't talking about a cell-phone here that CA lost.  CA lost, got rid of her own child!!

Everytime I hear a protester yell at CA, telling her she hasn't done enough to get Casey to talk, I want to ask this same question!

Personally I wouldn't allow her to be bailed out of jail.  That's about all you could do though.  You really can't make someone talk or tell the truth that refuses.

I would have let her get once, if she didn't talk, it would be over!

I recently saw a little girl that looked just like Caylee at a local amusement park, and had she not looked identical to her mother, I would have sworn it was her....they must get tons of calls with people claiming to have seen her!

well one thing that I have come to believe is that she didnt put her in that dumpster that the car was parked by..I think she put the car by the dumpster to hide the smell that might come from the car, that way when people passed by they would think it was the dumpster and not the car that the smell was coming from..

I forgot, how long did it take Susan Smith to fess up? I agree, Baez has hindered the truth coming out. Did Susan have an attorney? I forget.

She came clean pretty early on. She was with her pastor.
Le kept questioning her over and over again until she finally confessed.  But it took about a week or so, didn't it?

Cider House Rules, the guy dies of ether overdose. Anyone remember it? It was a movie and I read the book. Is why I think chloroform is a real possibility. Just my opinion.

I think Cindy was putting Casey down her entire life. She was never good enough. Could be why Casey never accomplished a lot. Such pressure. A family of twisted dynamics. (MY opinion)

Maybe, but I have a hard time thinking that if Cindy was this awful of a mother, why would she be so protective now.  Self reflection takes al ot longer than a month or so.  IMO

And speaking of cells phones, people that age who have a fancy phone and paid for their own phones guard it as if it was their right arm. They do not go losing it very often. Her lost phone, I think is either a lie, or if she had one she got rid of it on purposer. JMO

IMo It has to be where Casey knows nobody will find her or will atleast have a hard time>> I am thinking also  she may have  had someone else dispose of her because she keeps saying I have no idea where Caylee at that is the (honest to god truth i think she says) So maybe she really does not no
