I just got back on Mammy.  Thank you about my Grand Baby.  He is the love of our lives.  We got to spend much of the day with us today.  He will be 7 on Dec 7th.  He is our only Grand, our daughters boy.  Our son (31) comes with a Grand-doggie Reba.

Yes Mammy they are such Joys.  We only have the one and by the looks of things that will be it for awhile.  He was so much fun today (Sunday).  2 toads and then he build a toad house that they didn't stay in of course LOL.  I'm sorry for going off topic.

Monkey Family, keep up the Good Works. Here's hoping Caylee will be found alive tomorrow and the news that they are expecting tomorrow on the Natalee thread will bring Justice for Natalee and bring her home.

On the Missing Person's thread some of you have followed missing Donna Jou. I haven't been able to contact/find her family her Texas side of the family.... Father, Aunt, Uncle in Houston and Clearlake. I hope they are OK.

Disasters not only break up physical things but lead to breaking of the heart, hope, future...Depression, PTSD et al... sometimes marriages and families. I know that a disaster like a fire then an earthquake can make a person go from high middle class with savings income to survival/subsistence income.

A family is so important in these times... but look out for those who have no family whether young, elderly or are becoming more down and out. They need support and must come from others with a Good Heart and Soul.

Sometimes it takes years and you "wake up" little by little to finding your old self.

All disaster survivors need someone to even check on the months later... just like those who have lost a loved one. It's the time when all get back to their own lives, daily schedules and the others get lost in the system and can't climb back up. At least just being a friend, even though you cannot help them with money or food will help.
