The three charges Casey was arrested on Monday are in addition to 10 other charges not related to Caylee's disappearance. The now 13 charges in total are all connected to Casey's friend, Amy Huizenga, whom investigators say Casey stole checks from.

Anthony's spokesman accused investigators of grandstanding with the latest arrest.

"It is like addicts going through withdrawal," spokesman Todd Black said in a statement. "When things start calming down a little, the authorities inject another media fix, instead of conducting themselves professionally and taking care of whatever charges they have at the same time."

I have already lost one and don't want to lose another.

How does this play out when they go to court?  She can't say she pleads guilty or they will surely hang her for a long time...so what happens?  She takes her chances with a jury?  I actually feel sorry for Baez just a little...he's got his hands full and nothing he can do will help Casey...she's going down over these charges on the checks.  She sits in jail and when she gets enough of that crap it will be too late to make a deal.  Someone in that family needs to get Casey's attention and spell it out for her...in detail.

That is exactly as I remember it. She was in the driveway, near the garage door when she said that. She almost sounded like she let that comment slip, to me.

Today is the first time I have actually sat here at my desk and cried for Caylee. I don't get how her family can do this to her. I can't go one day without stopping at my daughters grave and just talking with her. We can't afford her grave marker just yet as the funeral costs were so high, but you can bet that she has fresh flowers and lost of little things every couple days. I can't imagine having her "out there" somewhere like Caylee and not doing everything in my power to bring her as close to home as possible.
I am not good at expressing my emotions in words so please forgive me if I ramble or don't make sense. I just wanted to express somewhere that my heart hurts so much for this little girl. I know the pain in our hearts when Heather died... how can you just not know where your little girl is???????

Well said, they have her either way now.. they can just charge this up and lock her up, then bring the murder to trial afterwards...  either way she is locked up for a very long time.. no more life for this demon in disguise..

Today is the first time I have actually sat here at my desk and cried for Caylee. I don't get how her family can do this to her.
