When did these alleged encounters occured?  I would think this info should have been revealed when Casey was first detained to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest.

The reason Anthony Rusciano was fired is that he did not reveal all in regards to his relationship with Casey Anthony.

ORLANDO, Fla. - Officials said a deputy has been fired for lying about his relationship with Casey Anthony, the mother of missing toddler Caylee. Officials said Deputy Anthony Rusciano was fired for untruthfulness.

Rusciano, who had only been with the department for six months, was contacted by investigators in the search for Caylee and asked if he knew Casey Anthony. He said he had only met her once at a party.

Eventually investigators discovered that Rusciano had lied regarding his relationship with Anthony. Computer evidence revealed that Rusciano's relationship, which occurred before Caylee was reported missing in mid-July, extended beyond a one-time meeting.

I havent seen any comments on this video.  He gets his arm mashed in the vehicles door and as driving off says something like "I hope you die" to CA.

The Department of Children and Families said Monday that video of the aforementioned child protesting and screaming, along with his mother, outside the Anthony house Saturday night, has prompted an investigation (Images | Raw Video).DCF said they were alerted to the video by viewers who contacted their Florida Abuse Hotline. The video shows the boy possibly get injured during the altercation. The boy's arm appears to be slammed in the car door when the female driver is being restrained by a passenger.

DCF said they used the vehicle's license plate number to contact the family and "is taking all appropriate investigative steps to assess the child’s injuries and the circumstances surrounding the situation."

DCF told Eyewitness News they believe the child is doing okay.

I saw that and I am disgusted.  I believe the report said they were there at 12:30 AM, all 9 Years should be at home in bed.  Shame on that family maybe they need to be investigated by DCF put their priority's back in order. Just plain idiots!

As a former DCF investigator, I would come down hard on this mother!  I really would.  I know the type very well.  She will argue and argue with you about how bad the Anthony's are and not acknowledge her actions at all.  She would be going to parenting classes and some serious counceling sessions.  Guarantee her son has disciplinary problems at school.

I agree.....it is one thing the child being there in the first place....but obviously you can see with his yelling, that itself is self explained.....great roll models there....

Rusciano was fired for lying to LE during an investigation.

I article I posted made it very clear that Rusciano was fired for lying in regards to his relationship with Casey.

However ... I still maintain an conflict of interest exist if either of the police officiers that Casey had a relationship has been in any way involved with the Caylee Marie investigation or ... has had any access the files.  This information should have been voluntarily revealed at the getgo.

She never reacted to her childs cries.....I just can't imagine....a mother knows her own childs sounds and to not even react is unbelievable.....I am with you....wonder if his classmates parents have seen this........
