good morning - power is back on since about 8 last night - and by then I was too tucker'd-out to do anything more than a quick scan.

Not one drop of rain, but 80 mile an hour wind. Still about 45,000 with out power. 3/4 of out electric company workers are in Texas to help out there, so we don't have many workers. We'll survive.

Can bloggers be held liable?

No.

The owner(s) of this site and other sites can not be held liable for things said by posters (that's us). We could be held liable for things said directly to the Anthony's if they are in the form of threats or bodily harm. There is a case pending where a woman posed as a teenage boy and caused the death by suicide of a teenage girl. Most of you all know about that case. That woman misrepresented herself and was traumatizing a young person with serious mental conditions. Bloggers can be held liable if they misrepresent the facts of a case out of shear hatred or simple misreporting. That has not occurred here. Bloggers can not be held liable for reporting things that the MSM has gotten wrong and they also report those issues.

Can posters be held liable?

Yes, if we threaten the Anthony's with bodily harm or threats. Or if we contact them directly with said threats. I haven't seen anyone do that.

Bloggers and posters are protected by the First Amendment, but that does not mean that you or I are free to spread propaganda or threats.

Good to hear you are safe Rob, please continue to stay that way.

Not only are lolly pops(pix1) and water drinking at a party a sign of doing X so is close, rubbing and grinding "dancing". X makes you real touchy-feely (pix3).

Not to be a show stopper here, but it was Halloween and candy was all over the place.  She is very composed, X makes you loopy.  You look like you are drunk and believe me you love everybody.  In some cases you can hardly stand up without hanging on to something or someone.  When someone is rollin its extremely evident.  These pics just look like a typical college party to me with a bunch of alcohol. 
Vitamin C also helps when rollin...lookin into that too.

I agree Dolce .... also .... the night clubs here where I'm from are crawling w/ppl (mostly women) sucking on lollipops proposing sexual innuendos ... moreso now since that song "Lollipop" by Lil Wayne came out ....

Regardless if there were drugs involved or not, she is just trash.....You are correct with the Vitamin C comment...I would give her the benefit of the doubt with the X thing....however, with her track record I have to lean in the direction of drugs.

This is gonna sound a little backward, but here goes:  She may be murderer and a liar but she isn't a drug addict.  Don't we usually hear it the other way around

You can dabble in drugs and not be an addict.  Not that its good to do that, but it has been done.  She admitted on record to smoking weed...last time I checked that was a drug.

She doesn't strike me as a drug addict either. Possibly another type of addict ... relationship, male attention, attention in general, lying ... any or all of those.
