"Dr. Phil" on Wednesday will tape a show about the Caylee Anthony case. No air date, however, has been set.

Taking part in Los Angeles will be a neighbor of the Anthony family; Mark NeJame, who is attorney to grandparents Cindy and George Anthony; and reporter Jessica D'Onofrio of WKMG-Channel 6. WKMG airs "Dr. Phil" at 7 weeknights.

The program also will look at protesters and supporters of the Anthony family.

Casey Anthony, Caylee's tight-lipped mother, was released from jail for the third time Tuesday.

The Anthony case will be part of a show that Dr. Phil McGraw's team calls "Behind the Headlines."

Baez questioned the media about "evidence leaked" on chloroform and DNA results from the 'Body Farm.' He does not believe law enforcement has found anything substantial to convict Casey of anything other than check fraud and theft charges and says if they did have that evidence, they would have convicted her of it already.

He said he personally called the 'Body Farm' in Tennessee who said their test results are not yet completed on air samples taken from Casey's trunk.

Funny "choice" of words if in fact they are truly Baez's .... LE would have CHARGED Casey based on evidence ... not convicted .... ooopppssss possibly a "slip"?  does he feel she has done something to warrant a conviction at some point?

about this monster. She alone probably would just get life... but with Baez,
she might even get the chair. He is the biggest joke for a defense lawyer
