I am LMAO!!! I just realized something. That 911 call that Casey made could hang her and I bet that's why Baez is pissed. Her contention to the neglect charges has been that she didn't call police when Caylee went missing because she didn't trust them. This in fact, is the first time she herself has called on any of the 30 something calls. Ha! She called police when something far less serious occurred. I hope the prosecution nails her with that. Could be why OCSO decided to put that call up on their updates and not any of the others.

oooohhhh my gawdz

great point!!!

that's the kind of thinking I like!

Dollars to doughnuts.... that will be the audio clip that Nancy plays

for a few days.... and she will be pointing that fact out. Baez is probably

pissed because Casey just added more fuel on the fire.

Great observation, Mrs. Kub!

Thanks guys. It only took me 8 hours for the bulb to light.  LOL! Let's hope it's right now. Lord, I would love it to be. Just in case, maybe I should email this to the prosecutor, huh?

Afternoon Monkeys! Is it just me, when I  hear that there might be "developments that will surprise us all" I think hey... maybe Casey is telling some partial truths. But then reality flashes ...no way... poor sweet Caylee.

Hi Riley
A grand jury is usually scheduled to meet at specific days and times. When someone is selected to sit on a regular jury, they might have to be questioned before they're assigned to the jury. A grand jury is simply selected and told "you're the grand jury." They have assigned days and times to meet, the attorneys bring in people they want to question, and the court reporter records everything that is said. The grand jury listens to whatever evidence is presented, then decides if it's enough to hand down an indictment. I don't think they could call together a grand jury at midnight or anything like that, but they usually meet fairly frequently. Depending on the grand jury, they might meet once per week.

Thanks BTgirl!  Is there a cheat sheet here anywhere that sort of explains the process?  I feel stupid asking dumb questions!  Monkeys are so patient and kind, thanks for the help.

You're not stupid and your questions aren't dumb at all. I don't know if there is a cheat sheet around or not. The only reason I knew this is because a few years ago I had to serve on a grand jury for 18 months.

We only met two days each month (during the 3rd week of the month), but there were other grand juries who met like us during the other weeks.

Any one have the name and # of the place Dante worked...near the Amscot...TIA....Des...

Des, I read that he moved to Michigan.

He was working at an auto parts store then somewhere else ..... thats the last I read , but dont you think LE could get his info from APT and run a check on him to see where he might be or notify family that they are looking for him ... I know that you can call our state unemployment and they can give you records on someone if they had wages reported for the last quarter. I just dont understand why LE would ask a civilian for help , that just me , but I do not know how LE works ....

After reading all the monkey's on here I bet they can find him faster ,,,, that I know for sure
