Lincoln Chafee wins Rep Primary in Rhode Island

Well Democrats are crying in their collective beers tonight. RINO Lincoln Chafee won the Republican Primary tonight rather easily, 53-46.

This was a salavation, wish list Primary win that the Democrats and the MSM had been clammering over. In the end this supposed toss-up primary election was not even close.

Makes one wonder just how off all of these upcoming Senate and House polls are that the MSM keeps touting with a Democratic take-over of the HOR and Senate.

Moderate Republican Sen. Lincoln Chafee (news, bio, voting record) of Rhode Island, who has bucked        President Bush on tax cuts and the war in        Iraq, defeated a conservative challenger Tuesday in a contest crucial to the larger fight for control of Congress.
