Yapperz, I'm sorry about your friend.  I'm not familiar with the case, but I can't imagine losing someone close that way.

Even if the person does have valid info, who does Larry notify? Should he notify the FBI or the Dutch Authorities or Interpol? We do know he should not notify ALE because it would take them months to get around to checking it out , if ever.

This is what I took it to mean.  Larry knows the deal with what's going on in this case and he is making sure he is doing his homework before information is released so the truth doesn't get distorted by Aruba.
