Ya know, I can't for the life of me understand why on earth the Anthonys would have their palm trees pruned the other day, in the middle of all this mess.

Just makes no sense to me. Do palm trees need constant pruning?!?

I bet some of the branches were blocking the security cameras the A'$ put up

Maybe it's just something they have done annually; the lower palm fronds die off.

I did think that Cindy trimmed the little palm (between the windows at the house) last week so that someone inside the house could see out the window on the right hand side.

Just a thought...I bet the HOA is trying every way they can to rid the neighborhood of the protesters. And, if that means making sure the Anthony's has their lawn and house up to code, then so be it. (I think they are the ones who made him move that trailer with the Missing Caylee sign, right?) Personally, I am glad they hired someone, rather than doing it themselves. I've said before, I think their attorney should hire someone for them to keep their lawn, to keep them out of the front yard. Maybe they read it here, eh? LOL

Can a lawyer be called to testify about his or her client?

A lawyer might be called; but the lawyer/client privilege shields him or her from being compelled to testify about a conversation with a client unless the conversation related to an ongoing or future crime or fraud of the client.

He was living in an apartment in Oviedo back in 2006, so he too was familiar with that area.  Some speculation has been brought up about Oviedo and one of Casey's friends parents living there and her visiting there.

It wasn't LEE's myspace it was Jeremy Mayfield (Lee's friend and in the pic with Casey).  He is in the miliatry and currently in NC.  Also recently married.  There was mention that Caylee's dad might have been a friend of Lee's and in the military/NC...this guy fits that description.

Amy had mentioned the home in Oviedo
So now based upon a message Lee left on Jeremy's myspace it appears that Lee at one time also lived in Oviedo

Meaning that Casey may have been very familiar with the area.  Not sure if there was any cell pings from that area.  Would be interresting to find out.

Ok, bare with me as some of this has already been posted:

We saw this photo earlier of Casey and a guy at Christmas time.  I have determined some things from his myspace site that I believe may be true:

1.  His name is Jeremy Mayfield and he went to school with Lee Anthony.  He is currently in the military and is now in NC.  He is also recently marriedl.

2.  He has been friends with the Anthony family for a very long time.

3.  The photo below was taken December 2006 (based upon messages Casey left for him on myspace)

In reading the comments I found this one to be interresting from Lee:



It appears that Lee lived in the Oviedo area at one time too.



Not sure if that means anything except familiarity with the area.  It just jumped out at me though

I have no idea, I'm not a lawyer.

I would say that Baez would not have to testify against Casey (lawyer client privilege)  I don't know what circumstances would change that. 

Now, if Casey was currently in the process of committing crimes or fraud or he knew she was planning to, then he would have to tell (I think).
