1st timer. I am drawn to this case, cuz of the parellels I feel with the Anthoney family.  My daughter at 20 gave birth to a boy, James, whose father died 2 mos before his birth. Daughter was not prepared to be a single mom, and had alot of the socio problems similar to KC. James lived and loved in our home since birth, until we practiced that TOUGH LOVE.  Within 2 weeks of his 2nd birthday  and leaving our care to mom's, the boyfriend hurt him and he ultimatley died. Child Abuse Resulting In Death is the charge he is serving jail time for.  My family chose to honor our baby James by fully cooperating with LE, despite our daughter choosing to support the boyfriend.  We "hid" behind the victims advocates and the prosecutor when surged by the media.  We chose justice for James over our daughter, and have still not recovered from her betrayal. It has been 5 yrs since, and I am still raw. 

I am wayyy behind, but read this and just had to tell you thank you for sharing your story. I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is broken for you.  I can not imagine what you go through each day.  My prayers are with you and your family.  God bless.

I only start to worry when I see or smell smoke. 

Flames are bad too, I had a acer laptop once that you could fry an egg on, but it worked fine

 

Make sure the fan on the laptop is working.  The fan is there to cool things down.  If fan isn't running you will fry it completely.  If it is plugged into the power outlet remove the battery and don't put it back in until you remove the power cord.

My hubby ask me a while back what was for dinner.  I told him anything he wanted and ... requested that he make a little extra for me.

LOL! I tried this once with my seemingly helpless-in-the-kitchen husband when I had a meeting at my son's preschool. He ended up feeding our 3-year-old (and himself) Oreos for dinner.

Hello!  What a sad case.  I do hope that Caylee is found.  I would love to believe that she is alive, but it's hard to believe that with what all the papers are saying about the case.

I just wish her Mom would do the right thing and tell the truth, whatever that is.
