Let me just say this, as there are some things that I must keep confidential, for the sake of the case. If someone speaks for TES and Tim Miller other than Tim Miller, do not believe it. Or if I have a statement that I am quoting from Tim, you can believe that as well.

This case is complex and there is much going on behind the scenes, Do not think its over or lose hope by any stretch.

Let's just say ... do not give up the ship, there is more to come. I just can't speak to the specifics at this moment.

Thank you, Red.  I do think we and the public need to be reminded that OSCO and FBI are working diligently behind the scenes.  We know only a small part of the evidence and facts behind this case. 

Yes they are. I have to slap my hand sometimes from typing certain things as they are considered off the record. When the time come and there is some kind of authorization, I will certainly let people know what I do.

Everyone has to remember, I am not the media. I am not here to embelish a comment made by TES to make it sound more important than the comment truly is.

Another attorney.....wow!!!!  I hope they arrest her soon, I can see her just getting charged with what she has already been arrested for, and that only.  What is the amount of time she will get for those charges?

Although your opinion may not be the popular one here, you are intitled to it....With that said, you have to remember many of us have been here for case after case and after case.  It is odd not seeing the family not helping to all of there ability.  I myself honestly believe that the protesters need to stop.  But that is just my opinion.  I feel like Casey is liking the attention from them.

Kobalinski is not an attorney.  He is the forensics expert that Nancy has been using on her show since the beginning of this case.  He's going to help Baez muddle through the forensic evidence LE has against Casey.

Now why you need a forensics expert to defend fraud and neglect charges is beyond me.

So George thinks the media is paying the protesters?  George, George, get with the program!  Don't you know Baez is paying the protesters?  He needs all the media attention he can get because it's the only way he'll make any money off the book he intends to write about his inside take on Casey Anthony.  If the media and protesters go home, he has no publicity and no reading public for his book. 

(If you don't like this conspiracy, then give me a few minutes and I can come up with another one.)   

I think this family is literally so clueless they can't imagine the general public being disgusted with them or why.  Obviously someone must be paying people to act like that.

My guess is Baez expects charges within a week or ten days.  All the new web visitors, the Grund interviews, Kobi announcing his hiring as expert for Baez...  We are close now.

First, I will not be grilled on this forum like a cheese sandwich. They're are some questions I will address.

I should have expected to be called out as a liar, as being someone other than the person I say I am. Go figure. When does someone need to verify who they are when posting on a public forum?? What other forums have I posted on? Just this one. One poster asked why I'm  posting here. Answer: Because I can. Why do any of you post here? My bet? They same reason I do.

so you're new to forums. It's a common mistake to think you are going to get a free ride when you claim to have inside info... and you were quite detailed in your synopsis. You opened the can Mr. Chuck. You are here to voice your support for the Anthony's and we are going to give you reasons that doesn't wash. I' not at all sure you understand how forums work.

one word of advice - posting at SM is a privilege, not a right. I'm not sure I really like the tone of your post.

When I was asked where else I had posted, I assumed it was for this topic. This is the only forum I've posted this topic on. 

As far "not knowing how forums work"? I do know how they work. For years now, I've a member on two automotive, one motorcycle, one watch, and post on the ebay community forum. One of the automotive forums, I have over 7K posts.

This forum is very mild compared to most. And as for the "Keyboard Warriors" who don't like my "tone", or think I'm full of crap.....I simply don't care what you think. This is what most forum members say when they run out of anything mature to say.

Red, some of us have watched these cases for a long time and know how they develop, generally.  I think we are getting close to an indictment but not from anything you have said.  There are signs.

LEONARD PADILLA just said that on the night of the 15...cindy actually grabbed Casey by the throat in the aurgument about her steeling the money from the GM...and that thats why he says casey left that night not the next morning....because she was scared.....dang if cindty could choke her over money then why cant she beat her a$$ over Caylee now?????????

If that's true, makes you wonder what Cindy was capable of doing to Caylee when Caylee frustrated her.
