After reading some of the newly released evidence, it's getting kind of obvious that LE is putting the pressure on to see if someone in that family breaks.

An old Italian saying comes to mind:  "[size=10pt]When the devil caresses you, he wants your soul." [/size]      Casey.......it's coming to an end soon for you!

In the battle of good vs. evil- it only seems as if sometimes evil wins. Let's hope this thing breaks wide open very soon so that there may be some justice for Caylee Anthony.

I told everyone about how bad the smell is and how both Cindy and George had to know way more than they were letting on. The smell was the key to their lies not working on me. Sorry Chuck.

LE is waiting patiently to get Murder 1 instead of manslaughter or any other reduced charge.  Dont forget if they can't convict her the first time then she is free forever on that charge.
I think LE is waiting for Cindy and George and maybe even Lee to get caught up in their web of lies.

I feel better about this case than the torment The Van Der Sloots put me/us through. It will end up with casey in jail for life.

I am waaay behind you guys.  I'm still reading the documents and haven't followed your discussion.  I'm sure someone already caught this, if so ignore it.  While reading Amy's interview she said she had $800.00 cash in her pocket, fell asleep on the couch and woke up the next morning in a different pair of pants.  Casey told her she had been sleep walking and probably hid the money somewhere.  CASEY USED CHLOROFORM ON AMY!!!!

I think Casey may have given her xanax in a drink, and the CHLOROFORM was use on the clean up.

I wonder if Amy now thinks Casey changed Amy's pants while she was sleeping, or if she still thinks she was sleepwalking.  Of course, she knows Casey took the money.

Casey calls Tony to pick her up
Tony picks up Casey (with frozen food) at 11:00 am
Casey calls Jesse at 1:25 pm to borrow gas can

Why does she call Jesse?  What purpose would it have served at this time?  Wouldn't Tony have taken care of this for her (after the chicken dinner, of course)?

I don't think her jealous nature would allow her to have or keep any girlfriends for very long.I bet if we could find out more about her teenage years,we would see this...

Ditto on the girlfriends.  No offense to men, but 20 something guys just do know pay attention to details about girls.  Ok, let's say guys in general.  One thing that stood out with me was this:  the neighbor Mr. B said that he saw a green colored small truck (couldn't id whether a pickup or not) at the house with a man with brown hair driving.  We know that AL was over at the house with CA.  On NG 9-23-08 the kept showing AL walking away from a green (at least on my tv) colored vehicle.  I'm beginning to thing AL may be more involved in this and especially since CA was determined to talk to him while she was in jail.

Amy thought she had diffferent pants on, she wasn't sure, she did confront casey and didnt beleive her when casey said she must have put the money somewhere else while sleepwalking. It wasnt 800 cash though,it was less.


Casey did not have to bury Caylee in the back yard to get a cadaver dog to hit, she could have had some fluids on her shoes or hands and that would be enough.

There's not statue of limitations on murder, so LE has all the time they need as long as they dont' charge her with murder.  Time is really on their side.  I'd rather see them take the time and get all their ducks in a row and go with murder 1 than manslaughter, but most important to have a fool-proof case.

I agree with Tony and I am praying this is the case!   Can November come soon enough for this thing to go to trial ???  I sure hope the County has a capable team of DA's as the burden of her guilt will rely heavily upon them!

I've decided she was setting the stage for everyone to know/think she had an issue with running out of gas, so when the car was abandoned everyone could back her up.  Just as she did with the dead squirrel smell.  Premeditation?

OR she is starting an extensive collection of hand signed gas cans that she can sell on ebay for millions of dollars.

I take it tony didn't ell le about the text message from casey..The one that states.. if they don't find her guess who will be spending eternity in jail??? I wonder if she meant her of if that was a threat? I really don't know what to think about that..I wasn't really convinced with Tony's statement

Funny that you say that b/c when I first read it, I read it as a threat.... that she was telling him that she was going to tell on him basically...
