I take it tony didn't ell Le about the text message from Casey..The one that states.. if they don't find her guess who will be spending eternity in jail??? I wonder if she meant her of if that was a threat? I really don't know what to think about that..I wasn't really convinced with Tony's statement

Funny that you say that b/c when I first read it, I read it as a threat.... that she was telling him that she was going to tell on him basically...

Well now that you mention it,it very well could be a threat..Good catch there KiahJ..Hmmmmmmmmmm....

Except for I am not sure that I buy that the text message actually ever happened.  In Amy's statement, it seemed to me that LE was surprised about the mention of this message, as if perhaps Tony had not told THEM about it (though Amy said that Tony said he told LE)...

He seems shifty to me.  This whole "I may not come home from NY" and her flipping out and getting all upset that he wasn't coming home seems to me that perhaps she killed her kid for him, and now he wasn't coming back, and her whole plan was falling to pieces.

[/quote
Or she was afraid he was leaving her to take all the blame..I could be wrong i just wasn't crazy about his statement.. He made no sense to me anyway. I do believe there is something le was doing on the side with tony..Maybe wear a wire or something...The 40 dollars and if you read the statement of Tony's the det stated he didn't want o put it on tape..Then talks about 40 dollars and read it from there..I get the impression they were gonna wire tony.

As Blonde has already posted, only Klaas, Red & Dugga can approve.

FYI, anyone can start a new thread....it's just mods/admins that can sticky/lock them, etc.

I don't know either anyway I emailed you what T had said if you can set up a different thread for Him and Have whatever people would ask him and he will answer

Sorry, had to run out for about an hour.  Let me catch up than I'll work on this.

Great thank you I sent you an email with his email addy if that helps

Where is Casey today?  At Baez' office again?

This entire family knows by now that Casey killed Caylee....I was leaning toward accident but after reading all this stuff...I am about to change my mind.

I've been leaning toward accidental too until I read these docs.  Now, I firmly believe it was premeditated murder.  Caylee's doll in the auto - the one she never went anywhere without?  Nothing missing from Caylee's room?  This is just a very sad state of affairs.

Hey FL Grammy..cool pic!! Who is he?

Good question.  In any case 2NJ has set up a thread for questions for Clint:

We have more pieces of the puzzle, but there are still some big pieces missing. Since discovery only pertains to current charges, and the puzzle is actually bigger than those charges, I am confident that LE has many of those "missing" pieces and continues to locate the rest. Since there is no statute of limitations on murder, I support LE in taking their time building the case. It doesn't make the wait any easier! My sadness, disgust, and outrage at the behavior of this family continue to grow with each bit of information released.

Based on what we know now, I believe:

-Casey is solely responsible for Caylee's fate on June 15 or 16 - driven by spite, selfishness, jealousy and rage. I can't even consider "accident" as a possibility anymore. She has laid too much groundwork in advance for this to be anything accidental (fictitious nanny, car smell, faulty gas gauges)

-There was at least one accomplice in disposal/cleanup. I'm currently leaning toward a non-family member as one accomplice. I think Casey is too lazy and too much of a princess to get her hands too dirty – of course, there would be plenty of motivation in this instance, wouldn’t there???

-Casey isn't overly smart, but she's watched enough crime TV to know a few tricks and possibly throw out some red herrings to detour investigation - chloroform, maybe, maybe not, can't decide.

-At least one person in the family has been actively involved in cover-up from very early on. If other family members have not been in cover-up mode and believe even .000000001% of the stuff they dish out, there is some major idiocy in the gene pool. (OK, make that even MORE idiocy)

-Regardless of whether charges are filed and proven against any other member of the family, I believe they will live the rest of their lives in a hell of their own making. The seeds for this tragedy were sown long ago. It's a wonder this powder keg didn't blow some time ago with Cindy and George as Casey's prey

-Get your score cards ready because the twists and turns at trial, finger pointing, blame games are going to be of epic proportions! It will definitely be a battle between good and evil.

Of course, this is all just my opinion and subject to change. My utter disdain for this family's actions only deepens by the hour and will not change. Sorry for the rant - I stay quiet most of the time, but I have to vent occasionally. Thanks for letting me hang out with you Monkeys!

Does anybody know where I can find the full video of the 7/22 hearing, or at least George's testimony beginning with his approach to the stand?  I have searched and searched, but can only find parts of the hearing and none with George.  TIA

Just found it for you at http://www.myfoxorlando.com/myfox/MyFox/pages/sidebar_video.jsp?contentId=7038761&version=1&locale=EN-US

Thank you so much!  I don't know how I missed it there.  Does anyone else find Casey's facial expressions interesting as George begins to speak?

I have just requested 591 pages from the Kinkos in Orlando that has the complete document. Their address is 47 E Robinson St, Suite 105 in Orlando. They will ship via Federal Express the entire 591 pages (hardcopy) for a cost of $47.21 + shipping or they will send it electronically for a cost of $591. I emailed them at usa3994@fedexkinkos.com and requested that they send it to me via Federal Express. In the email they ask for you to tell them what it is you want, where to send it and how you will pay for it. I'll let you know what I find out - but I'm hoping to receive it tomorrow.
Kinko's phone number is: (407) 839-5000.
This is the phone number of the states attorney's office that gave me the kinkos info: 407-836-2400

I am waaay behind you guys.  I'm still reading the documents and haven't followed your discussion.  I'm sure someone already caught this, if so ignore it.  While reading Amy's interview she said she had $800.00 cash in her pocket, fell asleep on the couch and woke up the next morning in a different pair of pants.  Casey told her she had been sleep walking and probably hid the money somewhere.  CASEY USED CHLOROFORM ON AMY!!!!
I think Casey may have given her xanax in a drink, and the CHLOROFORM was use on the clean up.

um... i didn't see the thing about the $800 - though i did see the thing about the pants change... soooooo.... why in the world was she carrying around $800 in her pocket?

I was horrified when I read that part of the documents, because of all that has been posted regarding what chloroform is known to be used for.  (Also, while I was reading about the child pornography on Oprah that someone had posted, it was stated that there is a demand for pictures taken of acts on sleeping individuals.)

From the documents, I thought that Amy was looking for her cash and Casey told Amy that she (Amy) was sleepwalking and doing something with the money.  Now, Amy believed her, because Amy had a strange thing happen a few days or a week earlier, where she woke up with a different pair of pants on.  And she didn't remember telling Casey about that.  But Casey did know.  Very, very creepy.
