this case is rather easy to solve now.

you sit George and Cindy down and ask if Casey left with Caylee on the 15th and if they say yes, Casey is the culprit. If they say no - it's either George or Cindy.

My theory remains the same - Casey hated her mother more then she loved her daughter - but hate is sometimes a two way street. And after Cindy's diatribe on myspace - it could be reasonably argued that she had a certain disdain for her daughter.

Welcome Misha!

I don't buy it either.  Either Casey left the night of the 15th WITH Caylee and George is lying or, Casey left without Caylee and came back early in the morning after Cindy and George were asleep.

ZACTLY!!! Thank-you - this has been my main point > but you can take credit for it too.

This is the entire key to the case, and there is only one truth.

I've always thought it was likely.. or at least possible.. that Casey would put Caylee to bed, wait til she was asleep, and then "sneak" out.. and sneak back in during the night after her partying was done.  This may have occurred quite often.   (Although this seems stupid, because what if Caylee woke up crying? Cindy would be concerned and want to check on her).
She is 23 years old, why would she be sneaking out?  Just let her Mom know she is going out for the evening and have her watch Caylee.

Remember the explanations of the "smell" in the trunk.

Cindy = pizza
George = Casey ran over a squirrel

I have been racking my brain, and Google for weeks on this.

1 smell, 2 stories

This is all I can come up with.....

One time a squirrel got caught in my mom's car, in a belt, and it died. They like to gnaw on the wires in certain cars. And it did make an awful stink. Sorry, gross, but it happened. But I didn't call the cops and say "It smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car!"

Seems to me, Cindy would give her a lecture and guilt her. I don't think she could easily do this.

Well, I think she left with Caylee that night and the next morning is when "it" happened, thus the flurry of phone calls, the she rode around with Caylee in the trunk for 2 days, came home, borrowed the shovel, perhaps buried her in the depression by the pool, then left.

I always thought that flurry of calls on the 16th was the sign of a guilty conscience, either she just killed her and was terrified of what she had just done or she was about to do it and was giving everyone one last chance to stop her.  When the calls show up again on the 18th, I think that's when she disposed of poor little Caylee's body.

With that you have my point.  What did Casey do during the 31 days Caylee was "missing"?  She partied her a$$ off.

Why was Caylee not in her own bed?  I know kids sleep with their parents at times, but I would have opened the door to just make sure that Caylee was accounted for.

I believe Cindy told Greta that Caylee slept with Casey almost every night.

My daughter slept in my bed a lot of nights until she was about 5. Let me tell you -- it's a hard habit to break. Don't start it!

Once I stopped breastfeeding my kids, they stayed in their own beds at night.      Dang kids hog the covers!!

Yes, and mine kicks and talks in her sleep. She used to wiggle her little hand under my neck and clutch my hair at night. It was a pain in the neck then, but now I'm all nostalgic. Oh, they grow up too fast. Enjoy it while you can all you parent monkeys!

Thank you!  Those are my little monkeys.  I took that about a year ago.  Way back when y'all were talking about chloroform and photography, I was going to put in my two cents about Casey's photography skills.

I'm sure Cindy told Casey they would not babysit anymore, and she needed either needed to stay with Caylee or pay a babysitter.  Since she had no money and no babysitter at hand, but wanted to go to Tony's for the night, Casey probably thought she could leave Caylee at the Anthony's house if she were asleep.  Did she chloroform Caylee to make her sleep and then leave on the night of the 15th?  Did she give her too much chloroform and come home to find a dead Caylee?

Yep. I sure love my little guy. He's only 3, but it already seems like it was only yesterday when he was my tiny baby boy.
