Okay if there really is a cover-up, why haven't LE arrested them?  We are going to get these docs today , but LE has had this info for what 2 months now?  Why wait to arrest them on any charges relating to a cover-up?

Only thing I can think of is they are waiting on a body.  Murder 1 instead of Manslaughter.

They are trying to hold off on arresting her for murder in hopes of finding the body.From the date she is arrested on murder charges the state only has so much time.... can't remember the time frame and I am only on here for a short lunch break.....to take the case to trial.....and you better believe that without a body, Baez will push for that speedy trial!!!!

I contend that someone in that family knows exactly where the body is.. exactly. It's either George or Lee and I lean toward George.

The problem most young killers run into is they have loose lips and almost feel compelled to tell someone. As we all know Casey is closest to Lee. I'm not including a young potential serial killer here.

I also contend that George's lies surrounding that incredibly ridiculous gas can story is simply cover for his culpability.

While telling everyone to get off their collective asses and search for their missing granddaughter, the Anthony's themselves have done ZERO searching. They contended that Caylee was alive and they newest document dump confirms the beliefs of many on this board.

No need to search when you already know the outcome.

While I have not been one, up to this point, to think anyone of the other family members was involved, I might be changing my mind. And your theory makes sense. Plus, it explains why Lee would suddenly go from helping to not, and Cindy would change, too (finding out Dad might also go to jail would do the trick.)

See now this is not fair, I do support Cindy and George Anthony I don't believe their is a "cover-up" although some of their actions are questionable.  But now that I read this it just confirms to me what I have noticed in the last couple of days.  Anytime someone says they support G&L or try to defend something they have done those posters are questioned, and deemed to be one of the Anthony's or hired by the PR firm.  So now that this is out is their any hope for a poster who supports the Anthony's not be questioned as having alterer motives?

To those who support the Anthonys, I know you do so from the goodness of your hearts.  It's wonderful that we can all come together in spite of our differences for the same purpose...to find the truth about what happened to Caylee.  I do hope the Anthonys are seeking professional psychological help, because whether they are involved in Caylee's disappearance, a cover-up or just having to live with the idea that their daughter may have caused their granddaughter's death, the certainly need it.

I honestly think they started out wondering but then got pulled into Caseys lies and wanting so desperately to believe her. I do not think it is a knowing attempt on there part. I think they are in that denial because otherwise Cindy is going to feel the guilt of the argument that took place on the 15th of June. Like someone on here said about their BIL kicking there daughter and baby out and the baby died.

Cindy and George are still praying Caylee is alive.

I little more on the stages from Wikipedia. I have seen a few of these from the Anthonys already. Also, I am making myself remember that they are grieving the loss of Caylee and Casey. Which one is Casey in? Permanent denial? Or none?

I don't think Casey is in any of those stages, as those stages are all emotions and I don't think Casey is capable at this time of feeling any emotions...

IMO what is not fair is for the Anthony's to have knowledge of all that is about to be released and all that has been released and to allow their skanky-ass daughter to sit in her room night after night ,refusing to say a word about where Caylee is....all the while knowing she is probably laying somewhere not so cosy decomposing.... that is what is not fair IMO
