So....Jesse has said that he was heartbroken after taking the paternity test to find out that Caylee wasn't his...but...according to the documents, Casey was pregnant before they even met/dated???  Bizarre.

No  her and Jessie had been seeing each other but not real close, and things had cooled off between them and then they started seeing each other again and thats why he wanted a test because he knew that there was a time that him and Casey wasnt all that tight...

I think Jesse said they met in Jan 2005, so he couldn't be the father...even the cop made the comment that the math tells you conception is Nov or Dec, and you hadn't even met her....and Jesse says right

When Casey delivered Caylee she wanted Jesse's name on the birth certificate as the father.  Jesse wanted a paternity test first, which proved he wasn't the father.

The car gets impounded...impound yard smells the smell, and they ALSO say it smells like decomp....G&C go pick up the car, but it in the garage...

I wonder why impound yard didnt alert police BEFORE turning it over to the Anthony's.......did i miss something?

My guess is that impound lots often deal with fatality car accidents and are pretty used to cars having body matter in them.  Its probably not that uncommon for a car to smell of human remains.  My best friends Mom died in a car accident and when we went to the impound lot to view the car there was body matter in it.  I know graphic...sorry.  Its a possibility at least as to why they did not report it.

Obviously not. They don't even value Caylee's life or else they would be doing the right thing.

I think they knew in their hearts when they smelled that overpowering smell and fearfully opened the trunk. They knew then and they know now that Caylee is deceased and Casey is responsible. I am just shocked at what Lee was telling LE initially and how all of them have changed their stories. Marching right in line behind their leader -- Casey. I don't understand and I guess I'm going to stop trying to understand. This is not normal or rational or right. This is wrong. That entire family is WRONG.

Good morning everyone.  I spent last night reading the docs and i am still not done.

Morning Abbs and Nikki.  I am not sure that the tow yard people should be held accountable in this manner.  When they receive a car for impound they are not given every last detail surrounding the incident which placed the car in impound to begin with.  Their job is to tow it and store it until payment has been made for their services.
Given however that George did open the trunk, and they both stood there going "Hoo wee this sure does smell fierce" I believe that is why he went forward and gave the statement to the police in regards to the stench, but not until after the events began to unfold.  I would be inclined to blame him had he not come forward with the information.  At the time of the pick up, he still was not fully enlightened on ALL the details of the eventfull day.
