What kind of hat do you think it is..?
 Both images are different views and we have what appears to be hat and some ugly shoes to identify.

I think the hat is a small brimmed one.  Not a cap like you have put in.  It looks like two different hats because its dark and the angle of the guys head changes what it looks like.  I think it one of these hats. JMO
