Movie and book deals are not surprising, but nonetheless it just galls me that these things are being batted about while Caylee is still missing! How dare these creatures (I can't even call them people) disrespect that poor little girl like this.

I wish ZG well in her lawsuit. I hope that other innocent people who have had their privacy invaded, lives disrupted, and names drug through the putrid muck of this case will also rise up against these despicable beings.

(I'm following a local case where a 2 year old boy died, his twin brother and 3 year old brother were severely injured by their mother's live-in boyfriend. I'm about to give up on the human race today - thank God there are Monkeys!)

It's usually the friends and distant family members coming out of the woodwork trying to make some money off of someone else's tragedy, but here we have the opposite, the friends and distant family are very low key, if they do talk it's to LE or news media , whereas Cindy is going to places like 20/20 for a million bucks and to ET or Inside Edition, can't recall which one, but they've been known to pay big bucks and now we have a movie deal, real classy people I tell you, counting their money as their granddaughter decomposes.

American Monkeys are great but they never say "Hey" and ... they think we live in igloos and ... campaigning for an election takes forever and forever when ... two month would suffice.

Once Stephen Harper is reelected in three weeks ... he will have to give John McCain a jingle and ... arrange a meeting for when he has moved into the White House and ... expain the ins and outs of the Canadian Electoral System..

Amy's Mysterious Pants.    I don't know if I just have the giggles today or what, but OMG that struck me funny.

Anyway.  The pants.  A few days or weeks prior to the money disappearing Amy says she, for some reason, woke up wearing different pants than the ones she wore to bed the night before.  A few days/weeks later when Casey stole the money and claimed Amy was "sleepwalking" the night before, Amy recalled the prior Mysterious Pants episode and thought perhaps Casey was telling the truth about her moving the money in her sleep.

The Episode of the Mysterious Pants was not the night of the disappearing money.

Okay, that makes more sense. I was really having a difficult time picturing Amy going to sleep in pants with pockets bulging with money. And heaven forbid any of the money was in coins - I mean, the poor woman would have been black and blue! 

Thank you so much for taking the time to explain. And aren't you the person who is conducting the Great Squirrel Experiment? How is that going? Do we all need to chip in for a memorial to honor the poor squirrel who gave his all in the interests of science?

Hi, again, everyone.  Had a couple more random thoughts.

1.  In the Greta interview, Cindy stated that they'd only been locking those sheds for about a month yet Lee told LE that they always had a lock on them, but they usually kept them unlocked.

2.  Why wouldn't Zenaida's lawyer also go after Cindy, George and Lee?  They've done more than their fair share to perpetuate the Zanny the Nanny myth.

Tamikosmom - I, also, thanked Brandi for finding the George testifying link.  In the same post I asked if anyone noticed anything "interesting" about Casey's facial expressions when George began speaking.  Did you watch the video and, if so, did you notice anything? I don't think Baez is standing by anything other than presenting Casey's defense at trial rather than in the media.  He's still working on the BS story they're gonna tell.  Maybe that's why they wanted to be connected to movie writers and producers...so they can collaberate on the most believable lie.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- FOX 35 has new information on the correspondence between the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Casey Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez .

There is some struggle between the sides because the sheriff's office feels like Casey knows where her daughter is while her attorney Jose Baez continues to say his client does not.  Baez says Casey left Caylee with the babysitter and hasn't seen her since.

FOX 35 received two letters: one sent from lead investigator John Allen on September 19 and a response from Jose Baez on September 23.

The sheriff's office wrote the letter telling Baez that since he told them weeks ago he would cooperate fully they would take him up on it saying: "In your response to your offer to fully cooperate, I am requesting that you provide the circumstances and location caylee Marie Anthony was last seen.”

It goes on to say: "As you are aware previous statements provided by your client have been false and misleading."

A few days later Jose Baez fired off a letter saying he was pleased that the sheriff's office decided to take up his offer but throws a jab in saying "albeit two months later, it's better than never, I suppose.”

He then puts the ball in their court saying, "Please give me a call when you are more interested in searching for caylee, as opposed to improving your office's public relations image."

I can't wait to see his case, he blew it the first couple of weeks out when he or his sidekick, can't recall which one told Greta that Casey lied to LE in order to protect her daughter, so he's already admitted that she lied. We already have Casey telling LE that her lies accomplished nothing.
