I found it interesting that he mentions they are going to turn over stones maybe even *before* LE can by taking depositions of Cindy and George. Anyone think that this might be a maneuver to put the pressure on them. Because if they plead the 5th, then they are caught. If they say ZG took the child, they are going to be sued, too.

I have listened to this video clip a couple of times.

Somehow ... I suspect that Cindy and George could not be held legally liable for defamation of character when all they have been doing is repeating what Casey has told them.

Considering Casey does not possess any assets ... I believe that all monies that are forthcoming as an outcome of any book or movie deals and/or television appearances will be allotted to Cindy and George.  Maybe there will be an attempt at a settlement with ZG by their attorney but ...

Yes, I get what you're saying. I guess what I was getting at was more towards the point that they will get an opportunity to deposition George and Cindy before a murder/mansluaghter charge might come down on Casey. So, it might be telling, what they say, or don't say?? Just musing, I guess.

JMO...I think baez got in way over his head taking casey's cases...Does anyone know a case he has one?  if my attorney messed up when he filed that paper to stop all testing...I would be looking for a new attorney for sure. I would have to say. he just set it up for casey to get a new trial before this one has even started.

Could those who have listened to audio or video tapes of Casey's interviews with LE help me please please please? I can't listen or watch these tapes  online but from what I have seen on NG it would seem that when Casey is telling what I know to be a lie her voice is low, has quiet a difference than say her speech patterns on the 911 call. Was it the same way all through the interviews? Was her voice low, not as confident during the parts that you knew to be flat out lies? TIA

I do think he's in over his head; and I think the arrogance he showed in that letter to LE proves it. I am glad she picked him! I would be worried if she had someone with more experience and better character. (How awful of me, eh?)

The action of Zenaida Gonzolas is in CIVIL COURT.  There is NO pleading the the Fifth in civil court.  Pleading the fifth is allowed only in CRIMINAL COURT.  These concepts should have been taught in high school civics classes, but somehow these basic concepts of civics have eluded most.

Too funny...Casey's tattoo artist! Any update on Frankensquerel?

Just checked on Frankensquirrel.  He is now completely stiff.  I can no longer move any of his joints.  The odor is noticeable, but not yet unbearable.  No hair falling out or anything like that.  At this point he still does not smell like a human decomposing.  It's now 26 hours post mortem.

Remembering back to her first interview (when she was in the shadows) she was saying that due to this she was unable to get a job.  She had been attending interviews and no one would hire her.  She was not able to provide for her family based on the destruction from Casey's accusations.
