I cannot believe how much Lee was laughing while describing his father driving the car home from the towing yard.

That family is truly whacked! He can't be that naiive to not know it was some form of decomp smell and he didn't buy the squirrel story. What was he thinking? That probably stuck in my mind more than anything else, despite some other questions from his statement.

I think Tony sounds like a stand up kinda guy, a nice guy, not as much of a New York accent as I expected, though.  He is saying Casey told him, via phone, that she could not come over to hang out with him and Clint and Maria because she was "with the nanny and Caylee had awoken" and she needed to get her back to sleep.  Now that seems really weird to me.  Surely a nanny who had kept Caylee for a couple of years could get her back to sleep, but of course, there was no nanny.  It just seems like a flimsy excuse.  Wonder where she really was and what she was really doing.  It must have been important to her because she liked to hang out with Tony and his friends.  Bet she was with another guy.

Yesterday I emailed Lifetime re the $2 million deal. 

I heard on the news today that you have signed a $2 million movie deal with the Anthony family.  Is this correct? If so, I intend to boycott your channel.  For this family to profit from the disappearnce of a little girl, Caylee, when we don't even know the final outcome of this case....well, I am thoroughly disgusted.  Your programing will not be a favorite of mine and I will no longer continue to watch your programing.  Sorry

Casey's brother Lee Anthony told investigators he did not believe Casey when she said the terrible smell in her trunk came from two dead squirrels under the hood. Lee told investigators his first indication that something was terribly wrong was noticing the horrible smell wafting from Casey's car trunk.

"The trunk was open. The windows were rolled down to what I assume ventilate the horrible smell that I had just, just, uh, smelled for the first time," he said. "It was, it was, it hit you like a, a wave. I mean it was, it was, whatever it was it was very potent."
