And a ex police chief Jan vd Straaten who still lives there .
And that there was action after 1 1/2 days .

Why is there so  little attention to the  Bonaire case  and 100 people on the Caylee Tread ? The Marlies vd Kouwe case is almost similaire with the NH case .

Johan...Most that post in Caylee's thread joined because of Caylee's case. Most have not posted in Natalee's thread. Many don't even go to another thread. LOL...some may not even know we have other threads...

If it makes you feel any better...I read all the posts in Marlies thread, mostly agree with what is said, so don't post very often. Keep up the good work!

You are right Mum.  The Caylee thread is very different than the Natalee and Marlie threads.

I think Grey Whisper was referring to Satish. Remember the rumor that Satish said he was seeing Natalee's ghost in his cell?

IMO, Simian was referring to Jeremy Brown and the rumor that he did not leave the island with the other students.

I just don't think Michael Vick was in Aruba. I really think we would have heard about that. He was somewhat of a celebrity then and remember there were hundreds of people (just here at SM) following the case and going through thousands of pictures which were available online at the time.

I think that we were set up to think Natalee had met Lorenzo.
Simian drew attention to Lorenzo to take attention off of Steve Croes.
Checkme joined the Simian bandwagon to create doubt about Joran.
I sincerely doubt that Natalee ever met Lorenzo.

I don't think Simian thought the 5th suspect was Lorenzo.   Checkme was most likely a friend of the Sloots.  He is the one that points to Lorenzo.

Of course he's not the only one.  Arubagirl mentions him as does Native Lingo and even americaninaruba and on occasion a few others.  The thing about Lorenzo is just because you think you know...sometimes you really don't.  By that I mean, all we have to go on is what someone told us or what we read. Since so much is wrong it's hard to tell if Lorenzo is involved.  I know some people claim they know more than everyone else about Lorenzo and what he did and what he did not do.  Fact is....we have never been able to directly connect him to Natalee except by someone else's word.

 No one on this forum would love to make the connection with Lorenzo and Natalee more than I would.  I have suspected him for a long time.  I was told something early on about Lorenzo and his parties and he just seemed to be the choice candidate that could not only provide drugs and a party and porn films but he also seemed to have the ability to take paranoia to a new level with his fortress-like estate.  All we think we know is not what is actually true.

the majority of posters in the Caylee thread are not oldies...they are just little whipper snappers compared to some of us that have been for years.  I was the same way about the Natalee case when it started...I couldn't read enough.  The Caylee case is what brought them here and they will end up as we are eventually, but I suspect that Casey will go to jail and some form of justice will be served.  I can't say that about Natalee's case.

this is all very exciting and I know everyone is hopeful that there will be closure for Beth,  Jug, Dave, Robin and the extended family. And, that the perps and those that covered up will be prosecuted to the fullish extent of the law. But as of today, am I correct that Mos has not acted on this info? Including parts 3, 4,  5 etc.? Will the hammer come down by the international community, or is the intent too make Aruba stand up to the injustice and makes things right in their backyard?
By the way, I haven't posted often, but have followed daily, and your efforts to get justice for Natalee has been exemplary! The fact that Red, Klass, and all the monkeys (too many to mention by name....but we know who they are) has kept this unsolved injustice active, not allowing it to go by the wayside, keeps my faith in good people strong. I am proud to be a small part of SM, and I stand with the girl....

Armin confirmed via email that he posted as Simian and Merian. However, he did say there was a Doppleganger for both. We know there was one for Simian. I'm just not sure how someone accomplished that for Merian, in a password protected forum. He offered no explanation for that, when questioned. Actually, his answers to all questions were vague...

Hello monkeys, reading all your posts and seeing Natalee again, I remember seeing on Fox news a close up of her leaving a club, maybe c&cs, and yelling ,"Aruba, YooHoo!".  That picture if forever in my mind.  I believe that is the last time her friends saw her.  She did not look drunk or drugged.  She looked like she was having a good time, laughing and smiling.  Does anyone else remember this???

i think you must be thinking of the program from holland that "reenacted" her leaving c&c's.  to my knowledge there are no pictures or videos of natalee actually leaving the club.

I will have to ask Klaas.  I know I saw Natalee in the car in the backseat on the passenger side.  she had the window down and this was no reenactment.  But, I cannot swear to who was driving or in the front seat.  It has been so long ago.  But, it was definitely Natalee.  Maybe Red remembers.
