Interview with Cindy (part 1).. for me, it's the middle row, blue square directly in the middle. (Part two would be one over to the right from the middle).
------------------
My recap:

part 1:
Cindy wants to be informed of evidence before it hits the news.

She's questioning the cadaver dogs and the testimony in the bond hearing.  Re: 2 dogs inconsistently hitting on back yard.

(I realize she doesn't want Caylee to be deceased, but to flat out question any and all evidence.. even question her own mind as to what the smell is in her daughter's car..  )

"I didn't do this on Friday. I didn't swear to anything"  "I'm just puttin' it out there."

part 2:
talking to somebody named Scott on a cell phone, I guess. "It's very frustrating."

"I need someone to actually follow up on someone who has actually called in".  (sounds like she's crying).  Talking about a Georgia tip.. A lady from the restaurant called. Her husband is an ER physician, her mother and her sister, sat across from Caylee for an hour, on the 21st (July?). She claims she called and has not heard back from the Florida crime line, or the FBI. Cindy is pissed "What's the deal?"

"It's not just one person..." (says the lady who saw Caylee at the airport - who had a sketch taken at a McDonalds - claims that the officer told her "I don't know why we're doing this. The child is dead").

"I got an email from a lady in Pennsylvania". The lady called park security. 911 dispatcher told the lady that the child was probably dead, but that officers would take a statement anyway.

Cindy says she has no faith in anybody except for God. (No faith in LE)

Detectives try to assuage her.  "We don't understand your frustration, but we feel for it".

"These little things. even though you believe them out to be not true.. there's answers in there somewhere from what she (Casey) is saying..."

Detectives want to rehash what was going over as of the 25th (June?).. around time when this supposed car accident in Tampa occurred.

Casey told Cindy that the replacement car ZG got after the accident was a silver 2008 Ford Focus. Cindy said Casey was very specific.  27-30th, Casey said she was with Jeff Hopkins.

Cindy says Casey told her "after we got in the car" that she put a note on the car when she left it at Amscot, saying she would be back to get the car.

Zanny was there with Casey, Jeff and Caylee on the 28th.. they were all gonna spend the night at Jeff's hotel at the Hard Rock.

30th- Jennifer (ZG's roommate) was watching Caylee because Zanny couldn't.. Jennifer took Caylee to the park while Casey was working.  (Cindy was on vacation this whole week, and could have watched Caylee, she said).

"Casey started texting me a lot more in June and July"
"I don't know if it archives it or not" (Det.'s as if phone archived texts)

"I thought you had Casey's text messages".. she doesn't know why they need the messages off her own phone.

"Casey started texting me more because .. it seemed like she was having a hard time explaining things to me when I'd ask her about Caylee. She'd cut me off and be more short.."  (June and July)

Cindy went to Universal Studios (July 3rd) to try and pick up Caylee, but she wasn't there.. Talked with Casey on the 4th to find out if they could take Caylee to see the fireworks (Casey was supposedly in Jacksonville that day.. said she was there all week with Jeff. They were trying to work things out and be a family. She also told Cindy that Jeff was going to move back to Orlando, and they were going to move in together).

She told Cindy that she didn't have her car because Jeff took it to get fixed. It was on a weekend. Sunday morning.. that when she woke up, her car was missing.. that Jeff took it to get an oil change, the breaks done, etc..  on Monday she told Cindy that it took longer to get the car back because the gas sensor needed to be replaced.  So it needed to be in the shop.

Jeff was going to pack his stuff and follow Casey home from Jacksonville on the 12th of July.  On the 13th,  Casey made the excuse that Jeff's mom was getting married, and that's why she couldn't come home.  She told Cindy that they picked up her car on the 10th.

to be continued.

Interview with Cindy (part 1).. for me, it's the middle row, blue square directly in the middle. (Part two would be one over to the right from the middle).
------------------
My recap:

part 2 continued:

On the 10th, Casey told Cindy that she got her car back and they were going to come home on the 12th. Cindy didn't "bug" her the whole day on the 11th.. so Casey called her around 8-9pm on the 12th to find out why Cindy didn't call.  Cindy said "what's the point. You said you were coming home tomorrow so why should I bug you".  Cindy said she purposely didn't call her because she was tired of getting excuses.

All this week they were either on the boat, swimming, with Jeff at Target going shopping, Jeff's mom was watching Caylee and Jeff's son.. which is why Caylee was never with Casey.  "There was always a reason".

14th of July- I talked to her but I have no idea what excuse she gave why they couldn't come home.

(11-registered letter delivered
13- while they were gardening.. noticed the note there.)

15th- George got registered letter from post office and called Cindy.  He picked up the car.  Cindy met him, stopped by the bank to get $500 out, took the title down..  The guy was with George when he opened the trunk.  Found trash bags with pizza box folded up in there and maggots in it.  George drove car home, she followed. They took car home- parked it in garage, opened everything up, and took the battery out of it- in case somebody came home to try to get the car. "I don't know.. anybody".   5:30-6pm (after work), "I didn't go through the car." She found Amy's number and Casey's purse in the front of the car.

She went to pick up Amy.  They were going to meet somewhere, but Amy had to make a phone call. She called Cindy back and said Cindy could pick her up from the mall.  Amy directed her right to Tony's apartment (though Amy said she'd only been there one time).  Cindy not sure if Amy called Casey to warn her.  ("At the time, I didn't realize her roommates were JP and Ricardo").

(Cindy talking about somebody named Corey leaving a voice message about Casey staying at Ricardo's from 2nd to the 8th?)

Troy, Ricardo and Amy all had separate flights to Puerto Rico, all booked by Casey, from " our computer" months in advance. She never booked a flight for herself.

Det tells Cindy- Ricardo caught a layover flight at the airport.. was trying to coordinate flight with Amy.  Troy had something at work where he couldn't get to PR on the same day as the others.  (so all had explanations why they couldn't all leave together).  They all discussed plans to go to PR months before.

Casey supposedly picked the date, time, destination (according to Cindy).

Det says Lee gave him certain information- when he picked up computer from Tony's, it was wiped clean from the 15th back. Like it had "been crashed".  Those things would have been easily recovered if something hadn't been altered.

Cindy states from time she picked up Casey, her stuff stayed at Tony's apartment until Lee came to get it in middle of night.  The only stuff of Caylee's they found was in the back of the car...  the stuff George claims he saw the afternoon of June 16th- few clothes, couple diapers, a few wipes and hair clips. This is odd because her backpacks were usually full to the brim.  Casey would always pack a bag, but told Cindy that whoever was watching Caylee had clothes and stuff for her there.  (Cindy helped pack and unpack bag every day).

Clothes, laptop, receipts - what Lee brought back from Tony's apartment.  Cindy states detective there at the house didn't want to look at anything when Cindy asked about the stuff.  She claims she asked the detective if she could keep the cash in Casey's wallet. (Between $150-$200).  She had two purses- one in her work bag that was in the front seat of the car. Pair of pants in the back seat. Boots and shoes in the back as well.  Everything in the car.. "boots still in backseat of car. boots and shoes.. on the floor behind the driver's side. I didn't touch them". Says she took out the pants and washed them, but the detective didn't take them.  "Do you want to go through any of the stuff.. they said no. This stuff's all smokey, so I'm going to wash it".  Stuff was put away in Casey's drawers and closet".   "Everything kinda took the smell of the car. They  just had an odor".  Caylee's baby doll was sitting in the car seat.  "I washed all her clothes. Everybody said it was no big deal".  George told Cindy he didn't understand why they didn't take the clothes.

Det- the reason why we send someone out to pick stuff up (Gas cans) is because we like to photograph it in place, because if it ever becomes evidence. (Gas cans, slacks, etc)

"But it's been moved.. George has mowed the grass on different occasions. Lee mowed the grass since all of that.  And he's borrowed the gas can and the mower.. The gas cans have been moved since all of that."

July 19th- (garbled) somebody went through Casey's stuff. "There was only one person that I know that could have done that.  Jesse.  Jesse went on my computer to access his phone records. You have to walk by Casey's room to get to where our computer's at".  Jesse was in the house with Lee that day for their little investigation. Working on putting up fliers, etc.

(That day, Cindy picked up fliers at Staples at Colonial Plaza that they were getting free.  George made the arrangements.  She dropped them off at Publix.  When I got there I saw Annie.  She asked Annie to go with her to Staples so she could talk with her about what was going on.  It made me feel good to talk to one of Casey's friends.. talked about getting people together to figure out what Casey had been doing.  When she got home, Jesse and Lee were there.   Cindy told them of her plan of getting friends together to come up with a time line, see where Casey's head was at..  wanted to talk to Sean Daley about the tattoo.  Says Jesse volunteered about putting together the time line.  "I really want to participate". Cindy and Jesse talked for 2 hours.. says he gave her a play-by-play about what he had done.  "He contradicted himself several times.

My recap:

part 2 continued:

June 19-

(sorry.. she said Sean Daley's friend gave Casey a tattoo).

talking with Jesse.. they talked for almost 2 hours.. he gave her a play-by-play and she wrote down a lot of stuff. To the point where he contradicted himself several times. He said he had an 18 min conversation on the 27th. Casey called to cheer him up about losing his job at OPD- but he told everybody that he quit. He said he asked Casey where Caylee was, and that Casey told him Caylee was with the nanny, at the beach. When Cindy asked if he heard Caylee, he said absolutely not- he was adamant he did not hear Caylee in the background.  On Sunday or Monday Jesse called George, and Jesse wanted to talk to Cindy.. (Cindy was busy, so he told George)  "I made a mistake on the day. It wasn't the 27th. I checked my phone records. It was actually the 24th.. That's the day I heard Casey tell Caylee to get down off the table."

When George told Cindy that, Cindy was concerned about the conversation- that now he's saying he heard Caylee on the 24th.. in a 13 min. conversation, not an 18 minute conversation.  Cindy's questioning why he was adamant on the 27th that Caylee was at the beach and that he never heard Casey talk to Caylee.. Cindy started getting suspicious. She thought it was weird.  (This would be around the same time Casey would have been at the hospital with Zanny- Detective chimed in, asking if Jesse ever mentioned that Casey was there (No).. so he said then Casey would have been telling "the baby to get off the table in the hospital".  Cindy didn't have much of a response).

"The other thing that I found very strange..."
19th- after talking with Annie about starting a time line, Cindy said she shot Jesse down about being in charge of it (She wanted to be in charge of it herself). Jesse immediately went outside through the screened porch, clear out to the back yard and got on the phone.  Cindy wanted George to go outside and  (spy?) go get something on the patio . As soon as George went outside, Jesse got off the phone and came into the screened porch and talked with George. "It was odd that he had to leave and go talk to someone"

Det. asked if Jesse was on the phone with Lee.  He didn't call Lee, cuz Lee was in the dining room and not on the phone.

Annie told Cindy that Jesse was (unavailable) - supposedly in Georgia from the 21st of July, onward (to help his brother locate an apartment or something). Jesse made a point to go to Annie and Melina? (another friend of Casey- "interesting person Det.'s should talk to". "She and Casey hung out a lot while Jesse and Casey were engaged, after Caylee was born. Melina and her fiance hung out with Jesse and Casey. They were coules going out".  Jesse was in with Melina's boyfriend for a while, when Casey and Melina broke up with the guys..  around the same time.  The guys were roommates for a while.  Jesse was reaching out to Annie and Melina to find out what everybody was saying. "I mean really reaching out".

"Jesse also accused us of turning his name into police. He wanted to know why they gave his name into police. I said I didn't give your name to authorities. They took her phone from me. They just down the list and just started calling everybody".

Det. asking about Lauren Gibbs- one of Casey's best friends who used to babysit Caylee.   Another Lauren "that interviewed Amy and Ricardo to Casey about a year ago".

"Annie can tell you the exact day that Casey said Caylee's dad was killed in a car crash".
"I remember getting a phone call too. Either for Caylee's birthday or somebody's birthday. Annie knows the exact date so she can tell you when."

Det's saying "That's a lot of information"

Now talking to her about Cindy's frustrations-
"We're bringing in some more people to get a fresh look at some of this stuff.... The media has tainted  this thing... Nancy Grace is some of this stuff that's out there.. People are watching. You're gonna have to bear with some of that... People have preconceived notions.. Nobody wants to see your granddaughter back home with you more then we do."

My recap:

part 2 continued:

Det.'s talking to Cindy about her frustrations-

Cindy- It's very hard every day to see...

Det- I understand what you're up against, because this is the stuff we're up against all the time also. People's preconceived notions about things. "One of the things we don't do is jump to conclusions. We take our time and we look at everything and put it all together and let it take us where it takes us".

Cindy- Why are we a month or 3 weeks after... 4 weeks now. to do a time line with the family?"

Det-Probably because they were doing a lot of other things.

Cindy-"Those other things were trying to build a case against Casey.  Casey may be a liar but she didn't murder her daughter"

Det- That's what we're gonna try to prove.

(2 detectives explaining to her they've been working on time line themselves for at least 2 weeks.)

Cindy said they're doing Caylee an injustice by not doing time line sooner and focusing on Casey.

Cindy- Why do you think Casey took down to that Glenwood or Glenmore (?) apartment complex?

Det- maybe she was familiar with it?

Cindy- Who lives in that complex.  Ricardo and Amy lived there in that complex). IF she was stepping back enough.. everybody can speculate or whatever. I think Casey got mixed up with some bad people- Ricardo, Amy and Tony. Who I've just learned are all intertwined, they're all into drugs.. We've talked to another agency. They're all into drugs- They all know each other very well. for Amy telling me she's only been at Tony's apartment once has to be a lie, cuz she's known him- she's the one that introduced them. Tony and Ricardo go way back. Casey's mixed up somehow. And they have the money and means and Casey has been maintaining all along that there's physical threats against this family. Or harm to if she comes clean and tells where Caylee's at"

Det asks if they (threats?) could be coming from Amy and Ricardo, Cindy says she doesn't know.

Cindy-  My understanding is that they both have connections with people who have money, have a way to make people disappear, has the means to threaten. Casey's scared. I can see it on her face. She's trying to give us clues. I've been saying that from day one...

"I can have Casey out today, I want you to know. The bail money is not an issue. I think it's a safety issue for Casey and Caylee, keeping her ass there.  If the media is still pointing fingers at Casey, everybody else is ok.  If we get off our butt and look for these people.. start looking at these other possibilities, we'll find who these other people are, and find Caylee."

My recap:

part 2 continued:

"If we get off our butt and look for these people.. start looking at these other possibilities, we'll find who these other people are, and find Caylee."

Det- We've invited investigative bodies to the party that works those types of scenarios, Just so you know.. looking into the phone records and things of that nature..seeing if one of those things maybe popped up in a large scale narcotics investigation .. Rest assured that every investigative avenue that we can think of approaching, we're gonna."

Cindy- We've reached out to another agency that gave us some insight- which is good- and they are working their side of it too, and made me feel a little bit better about some things.  But is it too late because the longer it goes how far out are they hiding her.

Det- (worried about one division working a similar target, on a similar type of crime.. and the possibility of each not knowing what the other is doing, and sharing information, and people could be put in danger.. wants this other agency to contact them if they have pertinent information).

Det- ...Bring me those pants- I'd really appreciate it.  Don't put them in a big brown paper bag. (laughs) What else in that car did you remove that day and maybe laundered.

Cindy- The only thing that I threw in the wash was her pants. No other clothes in there.   Everything else i gave to the... There was one thing missing that I had in a bag and I made mention of that... Casey had a lanyard (this was in her work bag- there was no clothing bag) in her work bag that had Amy's resumes in there - cuz it had an envelop with Amy's resumes. Casey had a lanyard that had the Universal Studios ID- her original one from when she worked at Kodak, there's a shamrock with white beads on it with a big one... it was not there the next day.  It was there that night, but not there the next day. Casey was never left alone to go get that.  Because Lee and I walked her into her bedroom, when we came home that night. Walked her right past everything. She didn't even know what we/I had taken out of the car.  Cuz I had it over by the washer and dryer and I have an ice chest we have setting off to the side.  From the point when we called 911 she was never left alone by deputies.  So she couldn't have taken it out. Lee didn't take it. I didn't take it.  It was missing by the time people came back to take the car and the stuff that was in it.    Because I left it in her bag.  When I went back to the bag to write the stuff down on the sheet, it wasn't there. So somebody took it that Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.   It had to be (LE) but it wasn't listed in the items. Someone had to have taken it. If you guys have it, it should have been with the stuff. You would have taken it w/out my knowledge.

Det says they're going to follow up on that.

Cindy- I have a question.. This is something you may not know..  Jose (Baez) had asked for the video or cd footage at the airport to show Casey to see if Caylee was there or not.  Nobody ever got back to him on that.

Det- He needs to contact Sgt. Allen

Cindy- He did. SO I mean he said Sgt Allen said "no we're not giving evidence to you".. Well, so "what's the deal with that?"  "If there's a video.. which I would think with homeland security there'd be a video. With this day in age.."

Det- Yuri said there are tape-over issues

Cindy- Who uses video?  I thought everything was ..

Cindy- We have friends from homeland security I think we'll call them.. I've had people email pictures they've thought were Caylee and I've told them right away that's not Caylee. I mean why waste your time?

(they start wrapping up, swearing Cindy in, telling her to call with more info if she gets any)
