There is a large bin for just your regular dumping. If you go to the recycling company and find out if they excluded any bins that were brought in on the 27th, 28th or 29th, to be recycled because if there`s a dead cat or dead dog or something in there that does not allow the proper sorting of the recyclable materials, they will tag it and set it off the site and then take it out to the land fill, I believe, is where they take it.

Now I don`t know if law enforcement has looked at that angle or not, but I`m telling you, because of the clothes that she had that the mom washed right away, that is probably a good, good alternative to big bin which might have been difficult for her to put the stuff in.

What do you know about this dumpster? Has the dumpster been tested? Have they gone to the landfill of where this dumpster dumps out to, to see any truth of the speculation? And where does the speculation come from?

NIKKI PIERCE, REPORTER, WDBO RADIO: I have to say, the first I heard of a recycling bin near the dumpster was last night from Leonard Padilla, hereon the program. So I`m not entirely sure about that.

But I do know that the dumpster, beside the AMSCOT (ph) where the car was parked and towed from has been checked by authorities. Furthermore, there is a GPS that is attached to the dump truck that took the trash and took it to a landfill, and there is a specific grid, specific area in the landfill, where it usually dumps. That area has been checked by employees, and so far they haven`t found anything.

Confusion, smoke and mirrors, and reasonable doubt will be the Baez/Casey defense dance. Let's hope the prosecution can whip it into shape and keep it simple for the jury. Simple: Casey made a plan, killed Caylee, disposed of her body, went on with her "beautiful life," and lied lied lied.

Look for a "poor Casey, Cindy was a bad mommy" angle as well.  Sorry, I don't buy it. Never will.

Thanks for posting that. I guess my problem with that is: wouldn't it be even more obvious that you have a dead body in there? The bin is smaller, right? Full of less stuff? Cleaner items such as empty pop cans, paper? I guess I'd need a photo in order to undersand the bin better.

I did see a smaller dumpster in my area behind a restaurant. Those would be much easier for a smaller person to throw a body in. I should snap a pic for you guys. Oh, boy. My mind is going into the gutter.

This morning as my friend who lives her and I were going to go by amscot we had to pass the garbage dump and like the heavens opening up there must be 10 different types of official cars,big trucks,crime scene vans at one corner they are directing the garbage trucks to a different area so somethings up. If they were searching the dump, wouldnt the media bethere? Wouldnt we have heard about it if they had been there 2 days?

Way, way back, I think it was Red who posted some pictures and mentioned something about Orlando LE searching a dumpster and the dump.  There was also a report that some dogs hit on a dumpster, but I don't know if we verified that report.  There was yellow tape in some of the photographs.  Is it possible that the dump has already been searched and the remains that are being examined by the Body Fram are remains that were recovered from the dump as well as remains that were found in the other places?  I think Rob mentioned that four different remains were located during the searches.  If Caylee has been found in the dump or elsewhere, I have no doubt that the forensic examinations are very thorough.  LE would be looking for not only a body identification, but also a cause of death.  This could take many weeks.

Didn't Cindy mention something like she's smelled dead flesh but not burned bodies in her videotaped interview? What is with the multiple gas cans anyway? Multiple people to cast blame on?

Burning is possible. Just about anything is in this case. Except no harm coming to Caylee, and that is sad.

Even if Cindy was the worst mother in the world when you are 23 you are an adult and responsible for your actions.  I grew up in a hell house and I do not speak to my parents to this day.  I havent killed any of the 3 kids  altho there were times...lol..but it wasnt because I grew up in an abusive home, it was becasue they did something stupid.  The "I had a terrible mother" defense just isnt gonna fly.

I know that these recently released documents imply another story but ... I have not yet come to a place where I genuinely believe Caylee's death was premeditated.  It may not have been an "accident" or 911 would have been called but ... it could have been a result of gross negligence or an impulsive act.  In other words ... Caylee's death was not intended.  Nevertheless ...the presence of drugs in her system or the signs of physical abuse implied  the cover up.

Whether Lee and/or George assisted Casey in the cover up and ... I am on the fence regarding this issue ... I believe that love for Caylee implied a decent burial.  It is one thing shielding your daughter or sister from the consequences of her action but ... disrespectfully disposing of your grandaughter or nieces's remains is quite another.

This is the reason I have such difficulty in regards to the dumpster theory.
