Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, FL Missing since June 16-just reported by mother #31

I dont think casey would throw Caylee in the dumpster, too close to where the car is and too messy.
When casey went to shower she might have smelled too strong to go home or to Amy place.
She needed to see one of her guys that she wrappped around her finger in return for wrapping theirs.
Lee needed to get to that laptop that night at Tonys apartment when casey was home with the police, he left at midnight and came back around 2 30 am. Only a 30 minute round trip at the most, that leaves more than 1 and 1/2 hours at the apartment. Why? I suspect casey told Lee more than we know now while Cindy was out of the bedroom.

i didnt say i thought she put here in THAT particular dumpster, just A dumpster...somewhere...

i dont mean to sound like a monkey butt here but how is it any messier to put a bag in the dumpster than it would be to dig a whole in a swamp infested forest?

I just have to agree with another poster and think that if this much activity was going on at the dump then there would be some news covering it. 
Also, I am wondering which dump she is at...IIRC the Orlando dump is not centralized within the metro area, and I also believe that they, like many other cities in FL bardge their trash.

Could it have to do with settings? I am new to owning my own cell phone.. the one I have, I was taking pictures with it, and I didn't think they were that good. Well, then my husband (who is better at this stuff than I am) checked the settings.. and it was set at "better" quality, not "best" quality. Once he changed it, the picture did seem sharper.  (But then again, my camera's picture quality is 2.0 mp- I have no idea what the iphone has).

I know that these recently released documents imply another story but ... I have not yet come to a place where I genuinely believe Caylee's death was premeditated.  It may not have been an "accident" or 911 would have been called but ... it could have been a result of gross negligence or an impulsive act.  In other words ... Caylee's death was not intended.  Nevertheless ...the presence of drugs in her system or the signs of physical abuse implied  the cover up.

Whether Lee and/or George assisted Casey in the cover up and ... I am on the fence regarding this issue ... I believe that love for Caylee implied a decent burial.  It is one thing shielding your daughter or sister from the consequences of her action but ... disrespectfully disposing of your grandaughter or nieces's remains is quite another.

This is the reason I have such difficulty in regards to the dumpster theory.

A burial at sea maybe..I don't know...We are talking about Casey here and I just don't think her love for Caylee was anything except a tool to use against Cindy.I've always believed that! I truly think if Casey acted alone in body disposal,she would have used anyway possible to keep herself from getting caught.I really don't think she would have cared about being decent.Being decent just doesn't seem to fit the likes of Casey..  I do not believe that George or Cindy played a part in the body disposal either but I can't let go of the thought Lee could have..I go back and forth about the accidental death theory.If Casey was drugging Caylee,to me it's murder and she should be charged as such!  Oops I gave her too much just doesn't get it!

another thing that crossed my mind was this: if she did indeed put the body in a dumpster, this would explain why she waited so long to report caylee missing...she had to wait for the garbage to be picked up and long gone to the dump...otherwise she would have probably been found...

Yes, time was definitely on Casey's side whether the body was placed in a dumpster or in the woods ...

However ... it does not explain Casey's need to steal from her parents visa or Amy's bank account.  It does not explain why she was always running out of gas.  It does not explain why she did not have her own place.

I could be wrong but, I don't think George is covering up. I have no doubt that Cindy is though. If you listen carefully to George's interview, the detectives talk about when George chased Casey in her mother's car. He says that when he was going to go after her, she said "George!", she being Cindy. Cindy denied knowing anything about this.
