I love the part where George always speaks so lovingly of his dear old PA PA...

He just snips it right at the part where he threw the poor old man through

a plateglass window.
It must be the George Anthony Reader's Digest version.

Edit that thing up like a mug. Looks like a moth ate your story!

It seem's to me that if Caylee was already in major stinking mode, why would Casey put her in a dumpster at an office complex?I mean really, people would be throwing away trash everyday and a smell like that would cause any normal person to immediatly investigate the odor.lmo again...
Tot, you make a great point, but I have to keep reminding myslef that Casey aint the sharpest pencil in the box

Yep!  Same thought I had (dumb).

Maybe the car did run out of gas and she had no choice.  Or she was hopeing that the trash would be picked up soon; before anyone noticed the car sitting there.

Come on people!!!

I told you all about the smell and how powerfull it was WEEKS ago!!! I also told you how important it was to this case.
George smelled it first at the impound lot and KNEW a death had occured.
Cindy smelled it at home and KNEW a death had occured
Lee smelt the wave also and although he did not know it as a dead body he sure heard Mom and Dad talking about it later.

From there on their support for casey is pure COVERUP and obvious to LE

Just wait, within 10 days some one else is getting arrested, I stake my monkey reputation on it.

Yes, Tony... I am onboard with that assessment.

Someone posted that George just talked about Caylee in the past tense.  I just listened to George's intereview and noted this:
G said:  Caylee never called Cindy mother nor called me father.
LE said: But you and Cindy are strong parental figures anyway.
G said: we "want" the best for that little girl (present tense)

It bothers me how he says that little girl. The way he says it
... it seems like he keeps her at a distance.

I didn't strike me the way it did you.  He sounded a little sad to me.  (However, as we don't know George (or any of them for that matter), we're at a disadvantage of knowing how their voices should/should not sound.)

Maybe he is hurt so bad he can't say her name?
TOT!!!!
I thought that too, but if he is so hurt why is he patting himself on the back every chance that he has?  In his interview he almost sounded excited to be "back in the saddle" with his LE type people.

He acts shocked at Casey's lies, then goes on to say that he had a feeling she had been lying to him for 2 years about having a job.

Dolce, I didn't find him sounding "excited" at all. I think he was just generally trying to find something good in his life to talk about at that point.

I also don't think he was shocked about Casey's lies. I think he is shocked by the purpose of those lies, the demise of Caylee.
His excitement came toward the end when he got to talking about his new job...he was very quick to say how he was the best recruit they have....

He claimed he was suprised by Casey's lies, but that he had suspected her to have been lying about working for the past 2 years.  The officer then told him he had a lot to fill him in on.  George said he wanted to know the truth as he had suspected some lies for a while.

Even if Cindy was the worst mother in the world when you are 23 you are an adult and responsible for your actions.  I grew up in a hell house and I do not speak to my parents to this day.  I havent killed any of the 3 kids  altho there were times...lol..but it wasnt because I grew up in an abusive home, it was becasue they did something stupid.  The "I had a terrible mother" defense just isnt gonna fly.

I agree 100%.

katntx ... I feel sad about your estrangement from your parents.

Janet

Awe dont feel sad.  I put up with the verbal abuse from my Mom until I turned 40 and something snapped and I wasnt going to take it anymore.  It was a difficult decision but I am so much happier and mentally healthier now.

Have you and your mom tried counselling?  Is there a family member who could act as a mediator?

katntx ... I just do not want you to have any regrets at sometime in the future when it is too late to resolve issues ... mend relationships.

I will bow out.  I probably said more than I should.  Story of my life.

I'm not buying the George tried to follow KC and lost her. He may have been driving the stinky car and following her to where she lhad put Caylee either to make sure she couldn't be found or move her to where she couldn't be found, with these crazy people they may have went and got her and brought her back close to home sure enough. that could have been what that look was she gave him at the bond hearing was about.

That make me think of something, he may have said that because perhaps E-Zpass has him and her going through about the same time and he was giving a reason for that, telling them to check them for a date. I'm trying to figure out if he's saying this is the same day she "borrowed" Cindy's car and he followed her, because that's 2 different versions for the same day. Anyone have a link for the other version?

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/orange/orl-casey-anthony-caylee-documents-092608,0,6419224.story
George Anthony chased Casey in desperation

Desperate to his find his daughter, George Anthony described how he chased Casey Anthony on State Road 408 in late June -- more than two weeks before Caylee was reported missing to authorities. He said he was tired of her "evasiveness."

"I saw her leaving [the house] in my wife's vehicle," George Anthony said in an Aug. 4 interview with cops. "I saw her driving up Chickasaw and getting on the 408 ... I'm tired of this."

He couldn't remember what day it was and suggested investigators check his E-pass records.

"My daughter was driving fast as she could," he said. "I think she knew I was behind her . . . I was trying to stay a reasonable distance, maybe a 100 yards away from her."

He followed her to Hiawassee and Kirkman roads but lost her.

"I couldn't get over fast enough to find her," he said.

Yes Carpe and I also thought it most interesting when he said "try living in a house with 3 girls". Meaning I think he knows that since Cindy and Casey are in charge, Caylee was bound to turn out just like them. I would keep them at a distance too. Not Caylee but you know what I mean.

George said that he KC's a lot like Cindy.

I just listened to George's interview and I have to say, I don't think he's involved at all in Caylee's disappearance.

I totally agree! He's more sincere than ANY of them, and putting up with Cindy AND Casey - OMG! I can't even imagine!

Phew! Thanks Knay. I thought I was alone there for awhile.

I just finished listening to George's interview. He seems credible to me. He was very specific (not clouding any issues).  He was very forthcoming.  He said he knew KC was sending emails to herself.  He said he had felt for the past 2 yrs that KC was NOT working.  He said that his daughter likes to stop at Target with my wife's money.  He said that after he got home with the car he had to go back to work; that he was livid at that time.  He said that he did not like the smell in the car.  LE said that it was a very touchy subject; that they did not like the smell either.  All agreed it was a bad smell and a touchy subject. LE said that they were not bringing up the smell to Cindy just yet because she was having a very bad time with all of this.  George said that when you have heard that little voice in 2-3 weeks you start thinking all kinds of things have happened.  He said that he walked to KC's car toward the trunk and that KC just blew past him; opened the trunk and said here's your f**king can (G did not appreciate the way she talked to him) (I got the impression that G did NOT go into the truck himself).

George told about seeing KC take off from the house in Cindy's SUV.  G told FBI about it.  G did not tell Cindy about it at the time.

George said Lee got KC's clothes and that they were stinking from cigarette smoke. That he and Cindy don't smoke, so the smell was very noticable to them.

G said he loves his wife very much.

I know I just did also. I think he's blown away by Casey's lies. I'm changing my mind again.

Unfortunately, counseling doesn't always work. My mom and I don't get along. We never have.  It's amazing I'm "normal" and actually love my kids and actually wanted them. I was not wanted...  and perhaps I always felt that, and it's why I kept my distance.  I could go on for days about her and what she's done to not just me, but my sister as well.  We were all in counseling, and IMO, it didn't do an ounce of good.  It's unfortunate, but hey- you can't choose your family.  You can choose to not have toxic people in your life.

I can't believe that Casey was an escort. If it was Casey looking at the escort sites, (and not a guy using her computer looking at them), then she must have only been thinking about it. There would have been no reason for her to sponge off people if she were working as an escort. She would have had plenty of money for her own place, etc.

My thoughts exactly.

The labtop belong to George and Cindy.  IIRC ... it was reported a while back that according to Lee Anthony ... his parents were on the brink of divorce because of George's online relationships.  Maybe the porn sites were accessed by George.

According to George's ex sister-in-law ... his chronic lying was one of the reasons behind the breakup of his first marriage.

If you listen to the video of Casey's first interview ... she sounds so believable.  This gal does not miss a beat.  Could it be ... like father ... like daughter.

My sister terri was married to George Anthony during the mid to late 70’s. They dated all through high school and married for about 5 years, of not so wonderful wedding bliss.
She can tell you that George Anthony was an habitual liar. He had to always fabricate his stories, constantly lying, that was the main reason they divorced.

George’s father Lee, owned and operated a very successful used car dealership for many years in Niles, Ohio, called Anthony’s Auto Sales, before retiring to Florida.
I wonder were George learned to lie so well. He was born in to it, litterally.
As they say, “Like father, like daughter.”

Give my sister a call and she’ll enlighten you of George Anthony’s dark, deceitful side evidently passed on to his daughter.

Her name now is Terri Vandervault, living in Niles, Ohio

Don't you think this could really just be alittle one-sided?I mean I don't know of very many divorcee's that have one kind word to say about each other. Hey! Let me tell you about my ex!! No,on second thought,it would bore you to tears,lol....

Ricks Cindy's brother told me that same story about the car dealer ship and crap along with pictures he sent me from his wedding with cindy and his family

George, in his interview where he spoke about the car, he sounds a lot like my Dad.  When I used to drive back in college and anything happened to my car it was speed dial to Daddy, then to AAA.  My Daddy is extremely "anal" about things that would go on with the car, just like George.
In that sense, I felt that George was showing his caring side.  Caring for his childs safety.

Still I must say that I thought he was a little too overly detailed with some of his story.
They all admit to the smell in these interviews, but now if you ask them they are all "no smell, no odor".

It not looking good for these people, and still WHERE IS CAYLEE?
