Sorry sweety.  He was cut off after stating that she started crying when they confronted her.  When he came back on he did not continue on that topic. 

She had originally requested immunity before she would give police a statement.  Many have speculated why that might be.  Given that she started crying when confronted by LP about a body dump we are guessing she was confessed to.

Not sure why Casey would have been that dumb to confess to an outsider, but hey she is not the brightest crayon in the murder box.

Maybe they had a couple drinks!! She did say she would tell Jesse when she was drunk...

maybe I'm wrong Carpe, I think that is only a telephone call. If she is wearing a wire and [in their home[/b] and without a warrant, well, maybe that's against the law... but if Casey is outside the home and confesses and someone is wearing a wire - that should be legal.

maybe there is a warrant to listen, but it's only for the police.

I guess we'll find out.

I saw one TV show where LP stated the lady is NOT an employee but the call her when they know they will be dealing with a female...     Kinkda like a sub-contractor
She did not tell them anything except in general terms..  She Did not want to be charged with something by not telling LE when she heard it .. I my memory is correct

That is just SO jacked up!!!  Maybe Casey thought it would confuse the woman.. so she'd think maybe she'd seen or heard Caylee at some point after it was thought she disappeared.. like "Oh, she couldn't be gone, cuz I just got this phone call where I heard her voice on this day.."   You know? Like How Jesse thought he heard Caylee on the phone on the 24th or whenever it was.

Hi rob.  Several of us thought about the possibility of her recording the conversation and someone here looked it up and found that Florida is one of the states where it is illegal to record another person without their permission.  BUT, LP tonight sounded like she just knew that the child was placed in a dumpster and that would definitely get her in trouble if she knew and didn't tell

If you look ... I'm not a new Monkey... but I did get a re-taste of what they (I and many others did) go through on posting mistakes.   Yes I added DNA to testing... Why ... I do not know.  All things given...  it not a big deal in life...But I do hope LE  has gotten something of Caylee's that they could do SOME TYPE of TEST on for Xanax   More ammo for child neglect charges and that the Nanny Zanny was in fact a drug induced state forced on Caylee

Dolce --You have 3 jack russells?  I want another but I am kinda scared.  JJ is a handful all by herself.  Her name is actually JoJo but that sounded like No No .. so we just call her JJ, my niece calls her jage for short.     She looks more like a curtis ...as you see, she goes everywhere with us.

George Anthony chased Casey in desperation

Desperate to his find his daughter, George Anthony described how he chased Casey Anthony on State Road 408 in late June -- more than two weeks before Caylee was reported missing to authorities. He said he was tired of her "evasiveness."

"I saw her leaving [the house] in my wife's vehicle," George Anthony said in an Aug. 4 interview with cops. "I saw her driving up Chickasaw and getting on the 408 ... I'm tired of this."

He couldn't remember what day it was and suggested investigators check his E-pass records.

"My daughter was driving fast as she could," he said. "I think she knew I was behind her . . . I was trying to stay a reasonable distance, maybe a 100 yards away from her."

He followed her to Hiawassee and Kirkman roads but lost her.

"I couldn't get over fast enough to find her," he said.
