She will HAVE to talk in the civil trial. Could REALLY give Jose the  nervous breakdown if Morgan plays his cards right.

She won't have to talk at the civil trial, if it can implicate her in a criminal matter.

Cindy has alternated between blaming the media for her missing granddaughter to blaming some unidentified gang of kidnappers. Cindy Anthony continues to pour out her daughter’s unsubstantiated story that Caylee is being held by kidnappers and that Casey can’t tell all she knows as it would further endanger her daughter.

Yes, unless they reasonably think they can be implicated! And that is the beauty of finding out if they will talk or not, as that trial might come before any murder trial!

While she wove this FANTASTIC TALE, detectives were questioning Jimmy (son) whose account of the tragedy was much more coherent after a nights sleep." The boyfriend's name is George to cap it off.
