Hi Diana,

I hope they won't make a movie about her. I feel very badly about Anna Nicole's death and Daniel's death. One thing that REALLY upsets me about death is that the world keeps on turning. It doesn't stop. We are but grains of sand. I WANT the world to stop for a moment to observe the passing.

I was watching some old footage of an Anna interview with Greta and it was very evident that this woman was saavy and lucid at the time.

It saddens me to see what she turned out like , the video's of her as a clown pretty disturbing to watch.

Only thing I hope now is that the baby grows up in a loving household with someone raising her with her best interest at heart.

from tmz.com

TMZ has learned Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard talked to the Seminole Police Department today about the circumstances surrounding Smith's death.

We're told the cops went to Big Moe's house this morning in Pembroke Pines, Fla., because they had questions about the security camera video at the hotel where Smith died. Sources say Big Moe told the cops Anna was on "heavy doses" of prescription drugs that day, including flu medicine and antibiotics. Sources say Moe also told cops that in the months leading up to Smith's death, Howard K. Stern gave her "some types of drugs," though he didn't specifically know which. As he put it, "Anna was in a cloud."

Anna Nicole Smith Gallery: Click to launch photosAnd there's this: Although Moe has not told cops about this, he privately says that Howard K. Stern had certain patterns of conduct when it came to Anna Nicole, and that pattern changed the day she died. We're told it has to do with how Howard would constantly check up on Anna, but he went MIA during the critical time before her death, and Moe says that was "highly strange."

mishy....That doesn't surprise me. The whole boat buying business seemed strange to me - the urgency and the fact that AN was ill, but went to FL to purchase it anyway. It has never made any sense.

Autopsy results delayed due to new evidence from the FL Seminole Police. Word has it that they are checking ANS computer that was confiscated by the owner of the house the day ANS died...

Unfortunately,  It's all about the "money".   They will make it, it will sell and make lots of $$$$...   Sad, but the truth.

My only concern about stopping for a moment, is there is hundreds and thousands of deaths a minute, the world would truly stop if we did that.  I agree we need to stop for those close to us or even for ANS, if we personally feel the need.  But death is definative.  I like to think of it as, somebody passing on to  someplace better than this sad world we live in now.  She was so horribly depressed and sad.  Death has to be a relief to her soul, at last she is with her son.

Now most importantly, praying that her daughter has a shot at a good life!

Well, I was really trying to give HKS the benefit of the doubt, but after hearing the interview with Big Moe and other facts (rumors) coming out, I think he is going to pay.

No matter what, that baby HAS to go to LB!

I want to know how Danny's bio father is going to pay for bringing him back.  He obviously didn't get much further up the ladder of life from his fry cook days.  Wonder which media outlet will pay for that after exclusive rights to the story?

I just hope something is resolved ASAP, as far as Anna's baby is concerned. Sad  I am truly worried about her.

Even if Daniel's father is sincere, with all that's at stake, everyone's motives are being qustioned now.
I would want my child to be buried closer to home. I can understand that wish, for both Virgie and Daniel's Dad, but Anna wanted something else.
It's really a no-win situation for all the family members involved.

HKS should rot in hell.

Birkhead Shops for Dannielynn!
Posted Mar 14th 2007 11:35AM by TMZ Staff
Filed under: Baby Watch, Anna Nicole Smith

Larry Birkhead went on a shopping spree to decorate 6-month-old Dannielynn's nursery yesterday.

After leaving court, Larry had lunch at The Ivy on Robertson Blvd., but instead of hitting up the celebrity retail haunt Kitson, located up the street from the eatery, Birkhead shopped at Babies "R" Us -- in Van Nuys!

TMZ has learned that Larry purchased tons of pink clothes, toys and baby supplies at Babies "R" Us, then went to a nearby baby furniture store where he picked up an antique white baby crib, changing table, white furniture and baby gates.

While a hearing in the Bahamas is scheduled in the next few days, it looks like Larry believes he's got a lock on Dannielynn's paternity.

I certainly hope he know something we don't!

Homicide Meeting in Anna Nicole's Death
Posted Mar 14th 2007 6:52PM by TMZ Staff
Filed under: Celebrity Justice, Anna Nicole Smith

Florida police have looped-in homicide prosecutors in the death Anna Nicole Smith, according to the Miami Herald.

The newspaper reports that officials have confirmed the meeting but wouldn't elaborate.

The paper claims Seminole cops aren't the only ones on the hunt. The police chief in the Bahamas is in South Florida right now, meeting with his counterparts.

As TMZ first reported, Anna's bodyguard, Big Moe, was interviewed by Seminole cops last week. We're told Big Moe told the cops that Howard K. Stern had given Anna drugs during the last months of her life.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper announced last week he was delaying his autopsy findings because of two new pieces of evidence, though he was not specific. The cops are now exploring where that evidence leads.

DiHannah1,

Your information is fascinating.

Babies "R" Us in Van Nuys is the ultimate baby supply store. It's very well known and has everything.

Where is Larry getting his money? In Los Angeles, it could cost $10K to set up a baby room.

I'm glad to see these death investigations taking place. I hope The Bahamas is serious about persuing answers in Daniel's death until they get to the truth of how he died. It's the whole picture of both deaths that make HKS and his role in each of them so sinister.
Larry Birkhead has probably received money from various tabloids for his side of the ANS story, but if he wants to pursue custody, he has to have lots of money. It takes probably well over 100,000 to pursue a case of this magnitude, with all the ins and outs, and involving another country as well. I'd bet a quarter of a million, before all is said and done. He has to do something to raise that kind of cash quickly, so I guess he's doing what he can to get it. And he may have been given the money to buy the baby things, or received it as a gratuity for having the store mentioned in the press. PR, and all that. I still think he's basically an OK guy who really wants his baby.

HKS is probably in big trouble.

My gut feeling is that HKS does not really want Dannielynn, but appreciates her value as a bargaining chip to get what he really wants - the rights to future earnings on marketing ANS name and image.  Which could be huge - look at Elvis.

I have to admit I came to this conclusion after listening to Debra Opri the other night, and she is not an impartial party.  But I think her implication is correct.

He is a celebrity photographer and is making money off all pics published, including residuals from previous photos, especially of ANS.  He even said his agency determines the amount of money, by demand, how much money pics are worth and he gets a percentage, they just send him the invoices monthly.  I'm sure any pics of ANS being published are worth thousands of $$, along with anything else he's done, is used.  He's probably worth alot more now because of the ANS case.  That's not counting what he negotiates for his personal album.. He mentioned this in the FL case over ANS body.  I also would like to point out, this is not in his control, but his agency he works for.
He said during the case, ANS got mad at him because he wanted to keep working after she got pregnant, so he could help support them.  But she wanted him with her all the time, not working.  I just love that man!

And yes, HKS is certainly shaking in his shoes right now.   I hope they do get to the truth, now that they are truly investigating along side the Bahamians.
They just interviewed somebody on Hannity and Colmes who knew Daniel (I missed who he was) and he said how worried Daniel was about HKS feeding his mom drugs.  Danny did NOT like HKS either and was afraid of him too.

Too bad, Aruba isn't as honest as the Bahamas are in there investigating practices!

According to his attorney, Larry is a photojournalist of  "modest means".  He claims to only be making money off 1 or 2 photos, and stated his income at $72,000 a year.

Bahamian, Seminole police meet over Anna Nicole Smith death probe

Prosecutors say there is no homicide investigation

By MATT SEDENSKY
Associated Press
Posted March 15 2007, 9:15 AM EDT

HOLLYWOOD -- Seminole tribal police and Bahamian authorities are meeting about the probe into Anna Nicole Smith's death, but prosecutors in South Florida said Wednesday no homicide investigation was under way.

Royal Bahamas Police Commissioner Paul Farquharson and some detectives were in Florida meeting with the Seminoles, Assistant Commissioner Reginald Ferguson confirmed. He declined to elaborate.

A spokesman for the Seminole tribe did not return phone calls seeking comment.

The Broward County state attorney's office denied news reports that prosecutors had met with Seminole police to discuss Smith's death.

"There was no meeting today; there was no meeting yesterday," spokesman Ron Ishoy said.

"We are continuing to help law enforcement agencies and the medical examiner as they try and figure out the nature of this death," Ishoy said, adding: "This is not a homicide investigation."

Smith was found unresponsive in her room at the Seminole hard Rock Hotel & Casino on Feb. 8. An initial autopsy report showed no immediate indication of a drug overdose and no sign of major external injuries on the 39-year-old former Playboy playmate and reality TV star.

The release of the full autopsy was delayed last week after the Seminoles gave additional evidence to Dr. Joshua Perper, the chief medical examiner for Broward County. Perper hasn't said what the additional evidence is.

He said Wednesday that he had not been told of any criminal probe, and that his findings would be released in about a week.

Meanwhile, attorneys for Smith's estate and a man who claims to own the waterfront home where she lived in the Bahamas met with a judge there Wednesday, but said the session did not resolve their dispute.

G. Ben Thompson, a South Carolina developer who briefly dated Smith, says he advanced her money for the $900,000 house but she did not honor an agreement to repay the debt. Smith, who lived there in the months before her death Feb. 8, claimed the house was a gift.

The former Playboy Playmate's companion, Howard K. Stern, has remained at the gated house known as "Horizons" with Smith's 6-month-old daughter, Dannielynn.

Another meeting was scheduled for Friday.

Smith was buried in the Bahamas last month next to her son, Daniel, whose death Sept. 10 there is also still under investigation.

Associated Press writer Jessica Robertson in Nassau, Bahamas, contributed to this report.

ANNA NICOLE SMITH CASE
What's in Anna Nicole's files?
Investigators in the Anna Nicole Smith case are zeroing in on computer files.

BY WANDA J. DeMARZO, ROBERTO SANTIAGO AND NIKKI WALLER
nwaller@MiamiHerald.com

Seminole Tribe police have met with Broward prosecutors to assess whether they have sufficient grounds for search warrants to access Anna Nicole Smith's computer files, The Miami Herald has learned.

Smith's computers, removed from her home in the Bahamas following her death, could be a crucial element in the probe of the former Playmate's death.

Seminole police have the computers, but are concerned about examining them because it's not clear whether they were obtained legally.

Authorities say they have no evidence of foul play, but her death is nevertheless considered suspicious, which means they would investigate it as thoroughly as they would a homicide, sources close to the case told The Miami Herald.

Bahamian law enforcement authorities, here this week to meet with Seminole police, are also talking with Broward prosecutors. Among other things, the Bahamian police are investigating whether Smith's computers were removed during a burglary at her Nassau home after her Feb. 8 death at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood.

Ford Shelley, a friend of Smith's who owned the home, has testified in court that Smith, 39, asked him to take care of the computers should anything happen to her. He removed them from the home and later turned them over to police in South Carolina, where he has a home. Police there later released them to Seminole police.

Seminole authorities met with Broward State Attorney Michael Satz and members of his homicide division this week to discuss the case. Officials confirmed the meeting but cautioned against drawing conclusions from it.

''Yes, prosecutors met with Seminole police. They're continuing with their investigation of Anna Nicole Smith's death,'' said Broward chief assistant state attorney Chuck Morton, offering no other details.

Seminole Police Capt. Robert McDaniel explained that homicide investigators are involved because they have expertise in these kinds of cases.

''Those [homicide prosecutors] are the people if you were doing a death investigation and needed to speak with someone from the state attorney's office, you would go to,'' said McDaniel.

McDaniel would not disclose whether Seminole police planned to file any court papers in either Florida or the Bahamas in connection with Smith's death.

Bahamian Police Commissioner Paul Farquharson met with Seminole police Wednesday.

''Our police chief is over there now with some of our investigators,'' Reginald Ferguson, the Bahamian assistant commissioner of police for crimes, told The Herald.

Ferguson said that, since Smith resided in the Bahamas at the time of her death, Bahamian authorities have an interest in the case.

Bahamian police are still investigating the burglary of her home. Smith's longtime companion, attorney Howard K. Stern, says the computers and other personal effects were stolen.

There is also a March 26 inquest scheduled in Nassau into the sudden death in September 2006 of her Smith's 20-year-old son, Daniel.

Last week, it was revealed that the Seminole police had two new pieces of evidence in the case that they wanted to explore, thus holding up the Broward medical examiner's final report on the case.

Broward County Medical Examiner Joshua Perper has yet to announce what caused Smith's death.

Perper has spoken with people who had contact with her in the days leading up to her death.

''Everyone and anyone who had anything to do with this case was interviewed to cover all bases,'' McDaniel said.

``The reason Dr. Perper wanted to wait was not that he would change his ruling, but the new information would reinforce his ruling.''

McDaniel said the Seminole police have no plans to release its report or 911 tapes on Smith's death, adding that nothing in them provides any new information.

Initial autopsy reports have indicated no foul play, and Perper said no drugs were found in Smith's body.

Her death set off a three-week fight in a Broward court over where her body would be buried and who fathered her infant daughter, Dannielynn. After an appeals court ruling and emergency filings in a Bahamas court, Smith was buried March 2 in Nassau beside her son.

Miami Herald staff writers Jacqueline Charles, Dan Christensen, Jennifer Lebovich, Kathleen McGrory and Diana Moskovitz contributed to this report.

That sounds a bit ridiculous to me.

The real disgrace is that while Anna was still alive she refused to submit to the paternity test from the beginning.

Boycott an entire island because of this?

I don't think so.
