I wonder if Casey actually put a live Caylee in trunk and drove around with her in their hoping she would die from the fumes and didnt bother to check until the smell

Ok, I know I am strange, but its been a long time now with Casey on lockdown at the house.  Can you imagine the dinner conversation.  "Mom, will you pass me the peas?"  Cindy, "No, not until you tell me what happened."

I think you mean ... .

Cindy:  "No sweetheart, not until you tell me what happened."

"Casey, don't waste your call screaming and hollering at me," Cindy Anthony said.

"Waste my call sitting in the jail?" Casey Anthony said.

"Whose fault is it you're sitting in jail?" Cindy Anthony said. "Are you blaming me you are sitting in the jail? Blame yourself for telling lies. What do you mean it is not your fault? What do you mean it's not your fault, sweetheart? If you would have told them the truth and not lied about everything…"

People have said Casey put the baby in the trunk several times for a babysitter.  I find this hard to believe.  Three olds talk.  They tell everything.  This could not have happend in my opionion.

Okay...here's a protocol question.

If I post a question for Clint or Tony L, what is the polite amount of time to wait and see if they answer it before I post the same question for Monkey pondering?

Let me go look at the question, hold on.

Treehouse - TonyL could have been told not to answer questions in forums...I really don't know.  It could be he was told to stop thought as he may very well be one of the prosecutions witnesses.

Same with Clint but to be fair, TonyL has some issues with Clint.  According to TonyL we shouldn't believe what Clint says that he knows very little.

IMO the only way this would work is if Casey told Caylee the trunk had a name.....Zanny

Yeah, I know. I had wanted to explore the question here, but thought it rude not to put it to Tony first. I really thought he might say it was a different Sean, because I never saw a last name for the one he was speaking to at the time. On the most current docs, that is. I thought I saw a last name on the first version that came out.

Can't even speculate on that one.  It is just too sick to think about!  Any way she killed her is horrible, but I am praying it was a "soft kill" and poor little Caylee didn't suffer at all.

This was one of my theories before we learned about some things that point to premeditation.
My thoughts were she could have chloroformed her while in the car seat and then moved her to the trunk. There is no accounting for who Caylee was with all those times Casey claimed she was with the nanny, that still confuses the heck out of me.

But now, I really think it was premeditated. The search for chloroform alone didn't make me think that, it was the leaving and not taking any of Caylee's things, then the searching missing kids site kinda sealed the deal. But I guess she still could have used the trunk and chloroform as a babysitter and then one night decided to take it all the way, will be interesting to see the testing on Caylee's hair.
