Clint said the mother didn't want the child. Chloroformed the child. Accidental death.

Why would this be accidental?  I'm ignorant on the law, is why I'm asking.

Thanks!

You know sometimes I do feel sorry for the Anthony's...they were hard working people and kept a really nice home, and seemed to love their granddaughter.  If their daughter was a psychopath she may have been born that way...in which case almost any method of parenting could have failed.   I know their behavior is uncanny and they are living in denial or cover up mode but sometimes we have to think there but for the grace of God goes I.    That being said I do have the right to change my opinion at any time based on the latest lies coming forth and frustration.

Family members of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony plan to hold a prayer vigil for the little girl tonight, one week after they cancelled the weekly event to help "bring peach back to the neighborhood."

Anthony family spokesman Larry Garrison announced Sunday afternoon that there will be a vigil for Caylee Anthony at 8:30 p.m. outside the Anthony home. Last week's vigil was cancelled after protesters clashed with family members in the days leading up to the vigil.

An e-mailed announcement said the family is "appreciative of the respect that has been given to them recently, and feels that the vigil should be resumed."

Three-year-old Caylee Anthony has been missing since June. The case has spiraled into a national media phenomenon and has attracted protesters to the home.

"We ask the public to keep looking for Caylee alive and or any manner that one sees fit," Garrison said.

Tony saying that Casey woke up in cold sweats has really got me thinking.  I'm really wondering if Caylee is haunting her dreams or if it might be a guilty conscious.  Either way I hope it eats away at her.

Because she didn't mean for her to die.  She only wanted her to sleep so she could go out and party.

should have said because the protesters haven't been showing up I believe this is just an attempt to stir the pot again.  they should have done it at a neutral place.  IMO

Could she have been going through withdrawal.  I don't believe she feels guilty for what she has done to Caylee or her family.

I think jaggard has a point that Casey is extremely immature and "undeveloped" in terms of responsibility, etc.

Cindy has kept her in a childlike position.  And Casey may want to break away but she is also afraid to and perhaps just too plain lazy to get on with her life as an adult.

Casey is spoiled and self-centered, and when taken to extreme, that is narcissism, a mental condition.

I think laziness is a big part of Casey's problem.  Too lazy and indifferent to finish high school, even though she lacked just a credit or two.  Two lazy to work at a job.  Too lazy to do much around the house, in all probability.  I have heard Cindy does all the cooking and cleaning and yard work.  Too lazy to be a mother.

In a way, it is a case of arrested development.  Casey wants to be the eternal adolescent, the female slacker, imo, who has no responsibilities but to party hard.

But she must feel some shame about it, too.  She does not admit to anyone of her friends that she is unemployed.  She exaggerates her education, her experience and claims to have a rather glamorous job planning special events.  She lies about having money or steals to get it because she does not want to be seen as poor or needy.

LE said that she even kept a phony notebook flled with appointments and notes about events she was planning for Universal Studios...all made up in her vivid imagination so that people would not know the truth, that she had no job and as Cindy wrote online "no money, no future."

You know thats pretty much how Rev grund described his beloved dog sammie, that and how he was a product of in breeding......

He was a 170 lb Rottweiler with the mind of a puppy. He was a product of in breeding and never grew up

LOL...preachers always love an analogy. Make that a parable.
I also think that Casey's behavior is indicitive of her very, very low self-esteem as partially created by a controlling mother. JMO.

I believe what he is saying are two separate issues.

1. Casey did not want the child and Cindy Anthony made her keep Caylee. These are the reports that we heard initially from witness statements where her friends said that she wanted to give the baby up for adoption.

2. The accidental part might be the fact that Casey may have used chloroform regularly to sedate the child so she could go and party. What if one time she did this, it went terribly wrong?

However, that premise does not explain the fact that one would need to get rid of the child's body. Although, the fact that she may have been exposing the child to chloroform could be a reason to keep what she was doing away from the police.

One way or another by lying about the circumstances does show complicity in a crime.

(Unintentional) involuntary manslaughter ... NOT THAT I AGREE w/ him. I don't. Chloroform another human being...there is always a chance they will die. Period. 2nd degree Murder.
If true, like some suspect, then Chloroform Casey and throw her in a trunk...see if she lives.

Addition to Casey stealing Cindy's car references:   Sorry just got back home...anyway

If GA didn't notice an odor on the 24th yet Casey was talking about the odor on the 27th, either he was lying or he discovered something on the 24th which was the gas can day.  It was a Saturday so GA and Cindy were both off and if Cindy's car was there she was most likely home too.   It couldn't be the 26th or 27th that Casey took the car because Cindy would be at work with it when George was home.  Sunday was the 25th and George worked so it would have had to be before he left for work .

Clint said Orange County Sheriff's Office is building one brick at a time.

I keep trying to keep the faith that she will pay for this crime.Part of me thinks she may get off by some mental disease.

whoever wrote that blog about Casey's friends and partying...they were not stealing money from their friends either.. also why blame amy for leaving her checkbook in her car...goodness i know many people who leave their checkbook in their car.  that blog looks like a defensive letter from a mom (CA).  Blame everyone else for the things casey has done... that whole post was very annoying. I get so sick of that family blaming and pointing fingers at everyone else. They need to face reality and deal with their daughter instead of constantly blaming others and burning bridges. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
