I mean with the depression by the pool it may have been easier to dig in that area maybe water looseend the dirt making it easier to place her...Ugh I dont no how in the world she was able to do that and then dig her body back up her body had to be in horrible condition

Cindy did say (I think to Greta during the backyard walking tour) that Caylee almost never played in the sandbox. That playing in it was a special occasion.

Just saying this is a good thought here.

Didn't Cindy say recently that it's likely Caylee has "gone to the bathroom" in there? Hence the dogs hitting on the sandbox?

I doubt the dogs would hit on urine or excrement from a live body.  It's my understanding that they only hit on decomposing remains - but I could be wrong.

I do think NG is being much more direct tonight, and even the guests aren't making as many excuses.  Amazing that a lawyer can't come clean with LE if his client admits where a body is hidden, he's subject to some kind of charges. It was even inferred that the neighbors saw the Anthony's cleaning up the car after the fact.  But we did know that by Cindy's admission of washing the pantsl.   Things do seem more intense tonight.

No problem! I had my friend test it out for me one night when I was on the phone with her and it really does work good. It's so clear! LOL

Let's speculate on this for just a minute.

Casey borrowed the shovel, placed Caylee in the sandbox, shoveled sand over her, and placed the lid back on the sandbox.

Later on, Casey retrieved the body for more permanent disposal, thus the maggots. The fluids leaked into her car trunk causing the terrible smell, so once she had disposed of Caylee somewhere, she had to abandon the car.

Just a thought.

I need to think about this more, but BT....this sounds very plausible!

But if that were true wouldn't there be body fluids and such in the sandbox?

Ahh, but what Anothermonkey just said would be Cindy's way of accounting for anything that was found there.

Just like her statements about George's blood and sweat all over the yard, from doing yard work..

From what lee said you couldn't breath for longer the 2 minutes..They probly had the garage door open and waited til dark..I can't wait to hear what the neighbors have to say

Leonard Padilla said Cindy knows the baby is dead.  She should go back to the realization that she is the one who caused Casey to leave the house that night.  Cindy put her hands around Casey's throat and choked her and it scared the hell out of Casey that night.  He said ask Casey's brother Lee he will tell you.
