I hate to admit this but the first thing I thought when I heard that was did Casey have "relations" with 30 LE?

Im not shure about that.......I dont think Jessie was aware of that...he doesnt sem to be in with the Party crowd....but its acording to,how important the info is that the person has as to whether LE will let that go in order to get their information.....IMO

Mytime - I don't know who should or should not do interviews.  It's entirely possible that LE has asked certain people to do interviews.  I really don't know.

I worked with many detectives on child abuse cases, a couple of high profile ones, the witnesses were told not to speak to anyone.  (As for my position, it was a 1st degree misdemeanor to tell who the reporter was and/or you would lose your job).

My dad was a police officer for 45 years (22 as a chief) and he told me that if any of his officers talk about an ongoing investigation, it would be immediate disciplinary action, but it did happen but not by the guys who were doing all the hard work and had the most knowledge! He said that alot of his guys were gossipers but he did not want it brought to his attention and would not want any investigation hurt by it.



Maybe different states and counties have different policies!  But

Here's what happens.  LE shares something with say Leonard Padilla and maybe LP or someone at his level shares it with someone and so on and so on. 

In this case, things are definitely being leaked,  but it is information they want leaked.  It is part of their stradegy but I don't believe just any LE is telling LP things. It is planned and controlled or at least suppose to be!!

Monken, don't know if you're here tonight but I went back and listened to George's interview per when he knew about the car. They are asking him about it and he's going through the dates and says Cindy tells him they have a certified letter from Johnson's left at the front door. He's talking about the lost days of being able to get to the PO and get the car. A detective must have walked in because he says "I'm kinda coming into this thing a little late,but you didn't know, your daughter had not told you the car was there"?

It just seemed to me they had reason to ask that question, like something they'd learned made them think he did know.

I hope they talked to the PO to see if that letter was really left on the front door. They'd been living there something like 20 yrs, I'm sure this is not the 1st certified letter they've gotten and the PO would have instructions as to perhaps leave it in the mailbox, not on the front door. My PO will pull in my driveway, blow the horn, if I don't come out, they'll leave the little card in my mailbox.

Much Ado about Nothing

Well, for any of you that gave up watching Heroes for NG, I apologize.  I hope that you could DVR it as I did.

I did not get to say half of what I expected to say and probably created more questions then answers.  Was not my intention but it was like taking a cab to the airport with too many passengers - over crowded, wasn't what you expected and you wished you had waited for the next cab.

Could go on and on refuting every falsehood and deliberate "mistruth" but what is the point.  The amount of falsehoods are so overwhelming in number that it would take all night.  Consider the source from the mouth of the horse and then sniff the air for all that lays there. 

Those who want to believe will and those who don't want to won't and nothing I can say will change that.  Truth is truth and it's not changed by whether you believe it or not.  This story...their story...has become Through the Looking Glass crossed with The Screwtape Letters and a dash of One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest thrown in.

The one thing I wanted to say...the most important thing I wanted to say is this....

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.

ONE VICTIM WHO HAS HAD NO VOICE AND NO CHOICE.

ONE VICTIM WHO HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED AND FORGOTTEN.

CAYLEE....SHE IS THE ONLY VICTIM.

Every one else has been victimized but they had a choice in what happened. 

Chosen either to do something or not to do something but no matter what they had a voice and had a choice.  Not Caylee.....

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.

ONE VICTIM WHO HAS HAD NO VOICE AND NO CHOICE.

ONE VICTIM WHO HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED AND FORGOTTEN.

CAYLEE....SHE IS THE ONLY VICTIM.

Please do not forget that in the midst of all the misdirection and media frenzy over dramatic content that keeps us scratching our head,. that there is a little girl not sleeping in her own bed.

Casey is comfortable.  Cindy is comfortable.  George is comfortable.  Warm shower and hot food.  Clean clothes and their own shoes.

Little baby doll is all alone in the pile of toys who have a home but no one to share it with.

THERE IS ONLY ONE VICTIM IN THIS ENTIRE CASE.

Not me.  I think that she gave Caylee an overdose Xanax or Chloroform (or both).

True.  It would be accidental, but I don't believe it would be in the eyes of the law.
