How many of us on here believe that Caylee drowned in the pool and by the time Casey found her she was already dead?

Too elaborate of a cover-up for a simple horrible "accident" that could be "explained away."

But if Casey knew that drugs would be found in Caylee's system at autopsy, then she would have to cover up the accidental death.

They would probably never even do a drug test at the autopsy of a 3 year old.

They always do drug tests regardless of age.

True.  It would be accidental, but I don't believe it would be in the eyes of the law.

Casey could say she found it and must have ate.  Jessie did say she put rocks, dog food, etc in her mouth.

Not me.  I think that she gave Caylee an overdose Xanax or Chloroform (or both).

Same here. Whatever happened to Caylee, Casey was doing something bad and directly or indirectly caused this tragedy.

There was a blood drug screen in JonBenet Ramsey's autopsy.  She wasn't 3, but still young.  I think it's being done more and more often in cases of children's deaths.

It really doesn't make sense to me that Casey would Chloroform and/or give her child Xanax AND put her in the swimming pool. If Caylee died by drowning (and Casey could make it appear to be an accident) she would have done so. IMO

As in Casey fell asleep and Casey got in pool, drowned and when Casey found her she called everyone, not reaching them she decided to bury her or place her in trunk. Yeah, I can see all that happening too.

As in Casey fell asleep and Casey got in pool, drowned and when Casey found her she called everyone, not reaching them she decided to bury her or place her in trunk. Yeah, I can see all that happening too.

I meant Caylee got in pool and drowned while Casey was high on whatever.

Let me clarify --- I would assume they would run drug tests in QUESTIONABLE deaths. When a three year old drowns in a swimming pool -- the cause of death isn't in question. I think most Medical Examiners would probably forego the additional tests.

missing childrens sight....irrelevent.....chloroform Caseys to use and destribute..already in thetrunk..........drugged so she would be sleeping at whatever back room or whatever abandoned appartment Casey could finds to leave her in......IMO.
