I am reading thru the texts from Amy to Casey and Amy says:

I still have not read all of the documents.  Do we have a time line on when the chlorform was searched out of the computer???  Because we still do not know if it was used on Caylee or if George looked it up later to see how to clean the car.....

You wouldn't use chloroform to clean the trunk.  There are many other cleaning agents that would work alot better, are easier to come by and far less toxic to the user.

That's not practical to me.  If Casey did this out of spite to hurt her mom, I believe her family would know this by now, and she would not be in their home.  I think she has convinced them it was a terrible accident and they have accepted it and will continue to rally around her.

I think they KNOW it was not an accident. Ask yourself WHY they would cover for her?.........Maybe because they don't want a deep family secret revealed. (ie -paternity)

It always amazes me that someone that is obviously guilty of a crime (fraud in this case) CAN plead NOT GULTY.

jmo -- I think it's really possible that the chloroform was intended for 'distribution' at the sex parties. What I am hearing and reading from the 'younger set' is that chloroform is the 90's verson of 'amyl nitrate' (sp?) of the 70's.

A1 ... if George and Cindy "genuinely" believe that Caylee's death was an "accident" ... I do not believe the charade of the past 2 1/2 months would have been necessary.

However ... I believe that Casey may have "genuinely" convinced her parents that an act of "wrongdoing" caused the "unintentional" death of their grandaughter.  This would explain George and Cindy's mission of shielding their daughter from the consquences of her actions.  This would explain either Lee or George's participation in a coverup.

Think about it.  The act of Casey's "wrongdoing" may reveal drugs in Caylee's system or ... physical abuse on her person.

Most judges will not accet a guilty plea during a first appearance.  They want to be absolutely positive that the defendant is fully aware of his/her rights and has been counseled properly.  At least that is what I was taught during classes and conferences attended for my training.

Depends on who's gun it belonged to. If someone comes up to me with a gun and I try to wrestle it away from them --and it goes off. The owner of the gun is the only one guilty party.

The evidence is all there.  Set a trial date.  Casey needs to wake up and ... know what it feels like to be held accountable for her actions for the first time in her life.  Casey needs to realize that the established boundaries of a civilized society applies to her.

I was very young but I would'nt take my undies off LMAO   I held on to them under my neck lol Dr kept saying now we cant do this like this lol of course she won lol   I don't think Casey minded at all whoever was in the room she was most likely like take a number lol
