That's not practical to me.  If Casey did this out of spite to hurt her mom, I believe her family would know this by now, and she would not be in their home.  I think she has convinced them it was a terrible accident and they have accepted it and will continue to rally around her.

A1 ... if George and Cindy "genuinely" believe that Caylee's death was an "accident" ... I do not believe the charade of the past 2 1/2 months would have been necessary.

However ... I believe that Casey may have "genuinely" convinced her parents that an act of "wrongdoing" caused the "unintentional" death of their grandaughter.  This would explain George and Cindy's mission of shielding their daughter from the consquences of her actions.  This would explain either Lee or George's participation in a coverup.

Think about it.  The act of Casey's "wrongdoing" may reveal drugs in Caylee's system or ... physical abuse on her person.

If this was such a terrible accident then why don't the parents convince their daughter to tell them where Caylee is so she can be properly buried.  If Cindy is indeed the alpha person in the home then she should have the power to get the truth from her child about her grand daughter.  Coddleing(sp) Casey is only causing this family more pain in the end.  Absurdity rules this family.

Yes - I am a previous lurker and have been for quite sometime.....finally decided to make a post. 

Just wanted to mention one thing that I really think may impact the timeline.

I think that George has his Mondays mixed up - originally they (the As) had used the date of 6/9 - correct? And if you remember Cindy's intrvw - she said they (KC & Caylee) would occasionally "crash" at Zannis.

Now, June 9th is the night that KC & Caylee stayed at Ricardos and if you think about it, George says that KC told him as they were leaving on the 16th that they were going to stay at Zannis that night (Mon) because she was working late or some such nonsense.

I really think that happened on Monday (June 9th) NOT Monday (June16th).  Therefore, she may not have even left the house before he did on the 16th (going with the drowning theory later that afternoon).

Anyway, I really enjoy all the ideas here on this forum and want to thank you all for all the information you have provided in this case......I am totally addicted!!!

I pray for resolution and closure.....

Casey Anthony Enters "Not Guilty" Plea On Fraud Charges

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Casey Anthony has entered a written plea of "not guilty" to all of the check fraud charges against her. Her arraignment is scheduled for later this month, but she is not expected to show up for the arraignment because of that written plea.

It always amazes me that someone that is obviously guilty of a crime (fraud in this case) CAN plead NOT GULTY.   

Call me a STUPID   MONKEY but how can she possibly plead not guilty when there are videos in the places she passed the checks etc how can she plead not guilty??

It would be O/T to go into a  horrendous local case here..In that case and possibly here I think they do it hoping for a plea bargain thinking the state will go for one, to save the expense of a trial.

AWW, thank you welcoming me into the cage. I have some catching up to do on the board today but is there anything I missed other then her not guilty plea to the check fraud charges? This case has buried itself so deep in my mind, I really want the truth to come out no matter what it is, just tell the truth Anthony's!!
